Scooters 2 U - over night rentals — Local services in Miami Beach

I will be using Scooters 2 U again when I return to Miami Beach and I will be recommending them to all my friends. They have it all: great prices, amazing customer service, new scooters, AND they drop off and pick up the scooter from your front door!

You can travel to any location in Miami Beach and find parking with ease on these scooters. The hotel I stayed at normally charges $40 per night for valet parking; however, because the scooter was so small they allowed me to park it for free during the two nights I had it!

Julio was the name of the gentlemen that dropped off and picked up the scooter that I rented. He was extremely professional and polite. He showed me everything I needed to know about their scooter and provided me with information about where to find parking.

My wife and I loved the experience and will be doing it again. During the last two hours of our rental we decided to go for a short drive to north beach and back to return the scooter. The belt on the scooter broke and we had pulled to the side of the road. I called Julio and explained what happened. He arrived quickly and traded my scooter with an even newer one. He said that due to the inconvenience, I could have another night with the scooter! I thought I was inconveniencing him, but he made our day. We continued with our trip and enjoying our vacation....

I have been coming to Miami for nearly ten years, and renting a scooter is a great method for getting around experiencing the city. Therefore, I have rented many scooters over the years from a variety of vendors. The results have always been mixed. Either the pricing was not transparent, I had to wait around forever to get the scooter, and/or upon return the company tried to charge me for damages that clearly existed prior to the rental.

Scooters 2 U is a concierge service. The gentleman I dealt with texted me numerous times to ensure that he got the scooter to me as soon as possible, even after hours. When he showed up, he was friendly and warm.

The scooter worked well, and at the end of my trip, I called and they picked it up.

This was an easy and enjoyable transaction.

First off, what an excellent person the owner of Scooter 2 U is. Very respectful and professional and chill. Literally the best deal/price around and was a very uplifting experience to ride around with my girlfriend on two very maintained (and fast) scooters around south beach! They were both topped off and lasted the whole time we used them, also when we inquired about a possible discount for ordering 2 scooters, he only charged one single deposit of 200 for both scooters instead of charging us a deposit for each one. Very excellent communication when we needed to reach him on the phone, he is very very busy but always picked up the phone and made time for us of we had any questions.
