There is a cashier here, an older lady with bad hair dye, well not only is her hair bad but her attitude is even worse!! I guess she assumes I do not speak Spanish so she was mumbling under her breath in spanish (insults) and mumbled some other things under her breath and rolled her eyes when I took 15 seconds to look in my purse for my payment method. As she watched impatiently for me to get my card out she tells the line, "Please have your payment ready when you get to the cashier!" So rude and so condescending. So you're making me feel bad for getting my card out of my purse? How long did that take? 15 seconds?? Mind you my ENTIRE transaction probably took 3 or 4 minutes, maybe even less. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She made me feel like I was bad customer. I felt so bad after I walked out of the store I decided to write this review. This woman has zero customer service skills and should be fired. I regret spending my money here, I was treated like **. Wish I could...
Read moreALDI grocery store occupies a very strategic location in the plaza which had taken a chunk of business from Walmart just across the street . The only thing that tie me down to Walmart is their handicap friendliness......motorised wheel chairs. The area does have Wellfago bank(Chase folded their branch here which is a big mistake cus new businesses are being developed) About 6 different eatries are present , polo tropical , wendy's ,Chinese and Caribbean restaurants, among others. Liquor stores straddling the west and east ends, bakery, dollar tree store ,lube and tyre shops and gas station . Keep fit gyms and more importantly the Hardrock stadium and Calder stadium further north. I must mention goodwill store and spare parts store O'Reilly and furniture store. Apartments also coming up all over. The are more l have not mentioned but in a span of 20 years these area has changed a lot and will recommend everyone to be part of...
Read moreAldi's is one of my favorite grocers. Parking is a breeze. There are always plenty of shopping carts due to their quarter system (you must use a quarter to retrieve a cart, which you get back when you return it to the designated spot. Produce is usually fresh. Lines usually move really fast due to their system and checkout process; There are multiple barcodes on each product, the cashier uses the previous customer's shopping cart to pack your groceries, and you bag your own groceries. They sell mostly their own generic products, but they are of great quality and are comparable to famous brand products in taste. I haven't encountered any rude cashiers, in fact, they're polite for the most part, and move swiftly. You always save on your grocery bill shopping here because their prices are very...
