Arsht Center/Knight Concert Hall STAGE DOOR — Attraction in Miami

This Concert Center is located in Miami downtown area.. They Just Reopen this Month👍👍The employees are wearing 😷 masks and practice Social Distancing.. The Concert Building is Large and Holds about 5000 people for a Event. Due to the Virus Rules Each person Must show Proof of the Shot to Attend Any Function.Everyone must Show I.D that Matches your Shot Card..NO PROOF,NO ENTRANCE 👍👍.The Tickets are Sent to your cellphone for Entering.. Customers are able to purchase tickets online ( No Contact) with Credit Cards or Debit cards..We were Seated by the Staff 😘.The Food court is Closed..The Restrooms are Cleaned.The parking lot has a $ Fee.The have Handicapped available also.. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts to watch the Rocky Horror Show, and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were top-notch, and the show itself was unforgettable.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Gabriel V, whose outstanding service made the evening even more enjoyable. I was 45 minutes late, box office was closed and I had trouble pulling up my ticket on my phone, however, Gabriel went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, showing genuine care and attention to detail and even ushered me to a better seat. It’s rare to come across such dedication, and it truly made a lasting impression.

Its nice inside, really no bad seats..reason for only 3 stars:

Very limited food/drink options for before and after a show.

The valet parking. Very disorganized at pick up, and the company (reef) is extremely unprofessional. They destroyed my car, after admitting that they did it, they have no process or procedures to get their insurance information. Or make a claim.. had to file a police report.

I will update the rating based on how the arsht center responds, i know management and the valet company are not affiliated, but they promised to follow up and make the valet company responsible for...
