I had the pleasure of dining at Pierogi One, a fantastic new Polish restaurant in the neighborhood, and it exceeded all expectations! We started with the beet soup, a beautifully vibrant borscht that was rich, flavorful, and heartwarming—an excellent way to begin the meal. The highlight, of course, was the pierogi. We tried two varieties: one filled with pork and caramelized onion and another with spinach and feta cheese. Both were exceptional! The dough was soft and delicate, while the fillings were perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. The pork and onion pierogi were comforting and savory, while the spinach and feta offered a lighter, creamy twist. To complete the experience, I paired the meal with a cold and refreshing Polish beer, which complemented the dishes wonderfully. The service was just as impressive as the food. Our waiter, Yaroslav, was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional—not to mention, quite handsome! His warm demeanor and excellent recommendations made the evening even more enjoyable. Pierogi One has truly brought authentic Polish cuisine to the area, and I can’t wait to return to explore more of their menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the comforting and delicious...
Read moreMy recent visit to Pierogi One was an absolute pleasure. The restaurant presents a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. As a lover of Eastern European cuisine, I was impressed by the authentic flavors and the variety of pierogis offered. Each pierogi, from the classic potato and cheese to the more inventive options, was cooked to perfection with a delicate balance of flavors.
The staff deserves a special mention for their attentive and friendly service, making us feel right at home. The chef even took the time to come out and inquire about our experience, which added a personal touch that is rare these days. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the portion sizes.
What truly set Pierogi One apart for me was their commitment to using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, which was evident in every bite. It's not just a meal; it's a culinary journey that celebrates traditional cooking with a modern twist. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. For anyone craving authentic pierogis with a gourmet flair, Pierogi One is a must-visit. Highly...
Read moreThis place is amazing. Lovely atmosphere with amazing and cozy chill music. The staff is always helpful and happy. The food here is top notch. Definitely if you want a little flavor of European cuisine or the wonderful pierogies I would most definitely welcome you to visit this place. Definitely if you are in Miami Downtown I would most definitely recommend visiting this Lovely place. The items I tried today with my dad were the pierogies and polish combo he had the cheese and potatoes pierogie. The pierogies were soft and really flavourful, they were served with sour cream and a lot of caramelized onion YUMM. I om the other half had the traditional potato pancakes with sour cream that came with a mini salad with it. The salad was super well prepared and really well seasoned. As for the potato pancake the presentation with green onion and sour cream in a pattern was a 10/10 the only thing I would prefer personally would be if the pancake would be a little more crunchy or crispy when you take a bite in it. My visit here today was definitely a fantastic experience with superb...
