BODY & SOUL SALON & MED SPA — Attraction in Miami

Okay not to bash the place but as far as hair, the gentleman did a terrible job. I went in there for a keratin treatment, I have thick, unruly, curly hair. Mind you, I have went to get a keratin treatment before at another salon, so I expected the same results from there, flat shiny hair. Instead I got dried out, poofy, humid style hair. At the beginning when I walked in, he looked at my hair and gave me this crazy look as if he were uncomfortable and says I cannot guarantee it will come out straight and sleek. The whole point of me wanting to get rid of the poofy hair is to get a keratin treatment, DUH. While he starts doing my hair, curly hair is annoying to untangle, yes I already know that. He just was huffing and puffing like he didn't want to deal with my hair and saying ay dios mio, oh my God. I had to tell him, look if it is such a big deal and you are going to have that attitude, I will get up and leave no big deal. I had to put him in place for him to calm his attitude. He did not even rinse out the keratin, just left it straight in my hair and burned my scalp. If you cannot do hair, you should not hold a license. His own boss had to babysit him throughout the entire process. Terrible and I will NEVER go back there. $100 in the trash. Unprofessional attitude, even after he did a terrible job, I still gave him a $10 tip, what does he do? Snatches it and does not even say thank you. Boo don't get your hair done here. Terrible job, I felt like an idiot...

I've been a loyal customer at this nail salon for over two years now, and I have to say it just keeps getting better. The owner truly has the best attitude and the most welcoming customer service ever, she makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. Roxana, who does my nails, is always super attentive and her work is consistently fantastic.
