Donnatella Perfumes — Attraction in Miami

This is my favorite perfume store in all Miami and I always recommend it because of the variety of perfumes and the prices, I always get assisted by Tella. She is amazing and she knows so much about perfumes. Today she was not at the store so this other girl (EMILY) was the one helping me but she really got me annoyed. She spent the entire time on her phone texting and she was not even paying attention to me when I was talking to her, a friend of mine that was with me, had to ask her like 4 times to smell one perfume and when my friend got her attention she gave it to her and went back to the register to keep texting and she acted like that the entire time going back and forth because I was interested in the lattafa perfumes and she was at the shelves behind me, another thing I really dislike was that when I was looking at other perfumes she would keep asking me if I was ready to pay or if I was finished already, I think she did not like the fact that I was smelling a lot of perfumes and she had to leave her phone to show me the perfumes but that’s how her job works, and if she does not like it she should not be doing customer service. I would really appreciate if someone at the store call EMILY’S attention because this is not the way you treat the customers, I was not asking for special treatment I just wanted good vibes and interest to sell me perfumes something that was never in her mind cause all she wanted was me to leave. Like I said I love this perfume store and I will go again but if it’s not Tella I do not want anyone else to assist me. The staff is very friendly and the product selection is phenomenal. I bought Club de Nuit Untold, Club de Nuit Intense and Mancera Instant Crush. Love Club de Nuit Intense and Instant Crush. My Club de Nuit Untold seems to be a dud. Fragrance is hardly noticeable and hardly lasts or projects, which is atypical of Armaf and muchless these products in particular. The motto of Donnatella's is Faith, Family, Fragrance. I will call on Saturday to see how this can be resolved and update my review accordingly. I have faith that this will be rectified properly. My prayer is that the duds will be replaced and tbh I want to buy more so I would like to walk away with buying the Game of Spade King or something else maybe Victory Elixir or 1 Million Elixir on top of what I already got. Was referred to Donnatella's by my coworker/friend Fadi so I'm faithful that this will go great. This dud may have been a blessing and me going back on Tuesday to resolve this if possible may be a blessing. They asked for a photocopy of my drivers license and credit card, and said it was because of "the pandemic" and because my bill to address was different from my ship to address. My credit card company advised against sending and suspected a scam. They said they could ship to my bill to address. I said OK. But, they refused to ship and canceled my order. Probably just as well. Buyer beware! UPDATE - I see the comments from Donnatella. What they said is not true. I told them it was OK to ship to my bill to address and that I would not be supplying them with the photos.
