This gym is a godsend in Miami, I did research on every single potential gym in the area before signing up. Here's the deal: the gym is my second home, I spend 2 hours a night there 6 - 7 days a week. I've been all around country trying out the top gyms (Golds Venice, powerhouse gyms). So while this review may sound too good to be true, its the honest truth: First off the front desk staff, especially Alan, are all extremely nice and helpful. The gym equipment is all top notch and extremely well maintained. Everything is worked on by the in-house staff so nothing ever breaks and you don't have to deal with broken machines. The community of the gym is also great, everyone that goes there is friendly and understands that its a small local gym. You are able to make friends with people that go around the same time and enjoy a vibrant and happy atmosphere every day. They go above and beyond with their machines and have a cold plunge and an infrared sauna. They don't cheap out on anything all the equipment is the best in its class. When it comes to cleanliness, they have a full time staff going around cleaning machines (yes even in the post covid era) and putting away the weights. Which basically means the gym is clean 100% of the time. The members also have a collective agreement to wipe down their machines when they are done with them. I never personally used the personal training but I can tell that all of the trainers are not only jacked but take their education very seriously and are always improving by staying up to date on the scientific literature. There's also a smoothie bar that has a ton of protein shakes and other snacks, almost everyday they provide some shots of espresso, cold towels around the gym floor. Because everything has to have some cons here's what i'll mention: Sometimes (very rarely) you go during a group class and they are using one of the machines you were intending to use. This has only happened once out of the 100 times I've been here so not really a huge issue. I wish there was a dry sauna, I know, I know I'm reaching here but I had to at least list some cons even if they aren't really cons. All in all if you're even slightly in the vicinity of this gym and are looking to join a community of positive, healthy, and aesthetic people you have no choice but to come visit Miami Strong. If you're here visiting and you're a fan of nice gyms come check it out you wont be disappointed. 5/5

First time going to this gym and I am just amazed by it. Great machines, environment and staff. Gym is well kept and smells amazing! I normally don’t write reviews but Miami Strong Gym definitely deserves it! 💯
