I really want to love this place and make it a more regular spot, but we’ve run into so many issues. I went there with my family tonight at 7:45PM. The lady in the front (she told us her name is Claudia) was extremely difficult. When we arrived, it was 4 of us, and she said she needed to check with her manager. She disappeared, came back, and told us her manager said we could only stay for 15 minutes because at 8PM it becomes a lounge and our service dog wouldn’t be allowed (service dog!). We asked to speak with that manager, and she said the manager wasn’t there (an obvious lie). we said we’d risk the 15 minutes and sit down, hoping to find the manager, so we could kindly ask if we could dine there. When she took us to a table, the place was empty outside of one other table, and she took us to a table that only fit two people. We asked for one of the several tables that seated 4 people, and she said no. Luckily, our waiter arrived at that time and said it was fine, we could sit at a table that fit us. He also allowed us to stay until we finished our meal (~9PM), and when we left, the place was about 80% empty. Our waiter was fantastic!

We’ve had a problems with the women at the door a few times. I live in the neighborhood, and whenever I suggest to my friends to go here, no one wants to join because of the unpredictable and rude door lady. This is something management needs to fix if they want this restaurant to succeed. The atmosphere is out of this world, and the wait staff inside the restaurant is fantastic, but as long as you have a rude door woman who instills random policies, I unfortunately won’t be...

I had really bad experience with the lady at the entrance. It was my birthday yesterday, and I was with the group of friends. We were going to spend nice time but due to unprofessional behavior of the hostess we left without ordering any cocktail. We gave card for deposit of $200 , but they didn't allow my boyfriend to come in , and showed "particular " area he could stand or he supposed to pay more. But nobody told us while we were giving deposit about this and it was the same group of people why did she decide just separate 1 group of people and set up random prices without letting us know previously. At the end when conflict started they said that girls shouldn't pay deposit at all but because we were with the guy he must pay it for us. And when my girlfriend gave a card , the hostess made a comment " why do you pay for him". Is it normal comment for service person? Does she know anything about hospitality or at least good manners? I think its not her business who is paying , and if you see 1 group , you should tell price for the whole group , but not stop another person when everything is paid and show particular area in the club he could stand! Lack of professional behavior, and whole mess in "deposit system ".Just ridiculous experience. Front service staff is the face of your business, and people like this just killing business little by little. This lady should be fired and don't work with...

The waiter Addiel was one of the rudest people I have encountered in Miami. First, he came yelling at the table "You have to pay for that! It is LADIES night do you understand?!? LADIES NO BOYS". A male friend had a sip a drink from a girl friend, once. My firend agreed with no dispute, although it was only ONE sip, and the girl said she will pay it. The way he approached to our table was very rude and with no manners at all but THAT WASN'T ALL! We were 6 in a table and when this male friend went to the car to take his wallet (the rest of us still in the table) he run after him even OUTSIDE the establishment to yell at him to come back to pay. 1. He was not paying anything. And we clarified that before, when he came yelling to the table. 2. The whole group was still at the table and with new drinks there was ABSOLUTELY no reason to believe we were all going to run away. 3. You do not run after clients yelling at the street as if you were some kind of crazy man or as if my friend was stealing you anything. You are embarrassing yourself, your establishment and everyone around. The worst? THE TIP IS INCLUDED, 20%. Plus the place is completely empty, and full of bugs!! Not coming again until someone tells us that the service changed. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Great place, but it is ruined by a very rude and unprofessional hostess in the front. We get there and no one is at the front (it is closed with a big rope). As some customers were leaving, they pull the rope to let us in. As the hostess comes out (blond lady), she mutters under her breath about how we're not suppose to walk in anywhere without permission. We were confused and responded with "sorry but the customers let us in" and she made an implication that it doesn't matter (maybe she should be at her post so no one "walks in without permission", but she wasn't lol and it's her ONE job). Then she walks us off to the shittiest seat (right next to two other random people in an EMPTY place) and walks away fast. We called her over to please give us room from other people and she looked away and walked us over to a new place without saying a word. This place is beautiful and very chill in terms of atmosphere, but at that point it doesn't matter because service and friendliness is vital to customer experience. Such a shame we won't come back due to the hostility.

BoHo House is a total vibe! The moment you step in, it feels like you’ve walked onto the set of Pirates of the Caribbean—moody lighting, rich colors, and chill house beats playing in the background. Their daily happy hour from 5-8 pm is a steal, with select cocktails at 50% off, typically priced between $19 to $21 for the most part. Pair them with their tasty bites, and you’re set for a great night. If you’re into music, they often have live DJs after 10 pm—definitely check their website for the lineup. The drinks are top-notch; I’m obsessed with the Ilegal Passion (Mezcal lovers, you’ll get it). Heads up, though—depending on the crowd, they might have a minimum spend per person, or if you are over the 2 hours(sometimes over 1 hour), making their policy inconsistent and confusing, so just be aware. But for the most part, if they have empty tables, they won’t bother you. Overall, BoHo House is a hidden gem in Miami. Whether you’re there for the drinks, the vibe, or the music, it’s a spot you’ll want to keep coming back to. Recommended!!
