I took dogs here because my neighbor died and I adopted all the dogs because they had gotten really close to me and their only option was to come with me. They were poorly taken care of because my neighbor was an older man who could not take them to the vet or groomer. Well, two of them bark a lot and are quite the rebels. We told them this when we got there, and I even asked them what do they do when they get aggressive, they told me they had to use a nuzzle. They promised that they would not abuse them and claimed to work with the humane society. Thirty minutes later after leaving (not even), I get a call from of one the girls who says that they cannot see my dogs because they are too aggressive. I asked whether I could take 30 minutes and the other girl took the phone and said that I needed to go NOW, so I simply responded that I needed some time to drive there. When I got there, the dogs were immobilized on the tables and it was not because of the leashes, it was from exhaustion and god knows what else. They were pooped and I felt COLD water coming out of the little one's mouth. They continued to drool on the way home, and when it was time to get off the car, one of them would not even move. They were drooling at the mouth, which they never do, because of how thirsty they were; it might have been dehydration the reason they were immobile but I had a feeling it was something else. Also, what's even worse, when I came to pick them up, the main door was locked and the girl had to come to open it. Why would the door be closed and locked??? I cannot even think about what these horrible people might have done to them!!!
I had previously taken these dogs to the groomer before but in a different area, and they had no problem, so I do not understand how these people managed to have so many problems with them!!!!

Read moreI called this morning and asked if they had time to groom a miniature schnauzer. Before saying a word, the lady who answered the phone exhaled and let out such a huge sigh. Then she starts mumbling something to whoever is there working with her (all the while she has still not responded to me), only to ask, “Tiene nudos?” Ugh, yeah. It’s a dog that needs grooming, and I’m sure he is likely to have some knots. Isn’t that what you are in the business of? Bathing, grooming? Needless to say I said nevermind. Such a lack of professionalism and customer service. I hope whoever answered was not the owner, and I hope the owner is made aware of how his or her employees are...
Read moreI've brought 4 dogs to Janet and her partner for 3 years and they never disappoint. The place is small but the owners are very professional and care about the pets. Prices a very affortable and they have added teeth cleaning and other services. My oldest dog Beny needed a teeth cleaning but I was afraid of anaesthesia and they had told me at Bandfield he needed many extractions. I brought him here and not only did he get his teeth pearly white but he didn't need to be put under anaesthesia or have teeth pulled. He is safe and smells great!! I am very impressed and continue to travel from Broward for them. I totally recommend them for grooming and...
