Serenity On the River — Local services in Miami

I have mixed feelings about this building… The elevator is always broken, sometimes even 3 of them. The gate also broke a few times in 1 year period, but I actually enjoy when it’s broken cause the gate is very annoying, the base to open the gate it’s very far from the gate, so if someone is manoeuvering on the guest parking the gate closes and you have to reverse and open the gate again, there are constantly people manoeuvring and Uber dropping off people! if you don’t have a covered parking spot be ready for having to wash your car 2x per week because the birds sh1t all over your car, and they also come and blow leaves 2x per week and blow all that dust in your clean car. If you want to have a sleep in forget it because they turn on the machine to blow leaves before 8am sometimes. One the 5th floor the ceiling on the corridor it’s all falling, it’s not going to pass on the 40 years survey , the gym wall is all cracked. All the maintenance is all really left behind, the other day I got a whole thing on the mail with some landlords complaining about the members from the board with copies of police report, that they have a bad background check and they are allowed to live here and be member of the board so they sent that to everybody to try to remove the person from the board.. really bad! Yesterday I came in and there were 3 police cars checking up on a man sitting at the reception and he was on a parole, not sure if he was a homeless who came in or someone who was living on the building, awful! *The landscaping is very ugly, not taken care at all, old sad plants, they are all different from one another, it needs some love! The trees are too high and not pruned they cover the apartment windows completely sometimes blocking the light to come in ☀️ Gym equipment is all rusty. Positive feedback: Location is good, pool is nice, parking area doesn’t flood during the heavy rains.l, great view to the river. Never had any issues with neighbours,...

Ive been living here for almost 2 years . The views of the pool and my condo are beautiful. No noises or rude people. A gym that is fairly usable. Few minutes to the highway and major outlets... There's a group that is always loud, and has to yell to talk because the music is so loud ..But several problems with this building. First the gate and elevator are either not working or gate is broken with safety issues. And the landscape of the side entrance is sad and smells like cat poop not to mention the rest of the building, but every other day I hear at the crack of dawn a lawn mower or leaf blowers in the building. There are no full bushes, all are sad, dead plants. There's a new mgmt and as of yet it's still the same , no change! Pls do better.!!!!! overall is a beautiful building , just needs cosmetics upgrades to make it even...

I am so glad to be leaving. We face the river and the noice is crazy. Parking is a huge problem. If there is a parking issue, there is no warning sticker or courtesy- your car gets automatically towed. The property manager is rude and has no interest in the owners or tenants living conditions or peace of mind. There is no security to call after 5 pm in case something is wrong. The office is always changing staff and they are not trained well. To top it all off, there is a huge plumbing issue in the whole building and we have been without water on and off for several months because the plumbing company is still working on...
