Phillipe was very polite and as helpful and apologetic as he could be. Despite my knowing all of my information, including my pin, but unable to login to my associated E-Mail Account while there in-store while on an unrecognized new device, and due to my having a United States Passport I.D. that the store's tablet rejected for verifiable photo identification after being scanned, he referred me to At&t's Customer Service 1-800 Line, where which At&t won't verify anything via an E-Mail, only through text message, which is ironic, because I am attempting to restore cellular service, haven't been able to access my phone number for four business days, and At&t Customer Service (Jose, then supervisor Will) has told me to return to a physical store to get this resolved, specifically a Corporate Store (yet this was one), and if still I am not able to be helped, to try yet another store, hopefully until some manager will override whatever security issue is preventing me access to my cellular wireless service. Three days later, following the Christmas holiday, I am still trying to obtain an eSIM to restore my cellular service after replacing my damaged iPhone 15 Plus after inquiring about repair at the nearby Apple Store in Brickell. The At&t Store was clean, well kept, and I received prompt and thorough service, despite it being the day before a major U.S. Holiday. Kudos, Phillipe! At&t, if I hadn't been with you since you were Cingular, and if I hadn't of bought this phone on an installment plan, one that I must now continue to pay for, since I didn't carry insurance on it, and because sadly I don't have an extra $600 lying around, I would very much seriously consider switching carriers after this fiasco. Disclaimer: My opinion has absolutely no reflection on this store's review, its service, nor...
Read moreAfter a frustrating 55-minute call with a representative named Brandon from AT&T customer service, I found myself struggling as he seemed to misunderstand my issue. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the situation, his suggested solutions did not address my problem. After several exchanges, I felt like we were going in circles without resolving anything. His lack of acknowledgment frustrated me to the point where I seriously considered ending my ten-year relationship with AT&T.
However, my experience took a positive turn when I went to AT&T to cancel my service and spoke to a gentleman named Frank. He was truly exceptional. He took the time to explain the entire process of updating my phone and what fees to expect, making everything clear and simple. It was a refreshing change! I'm truly grateful for Frank's outstanding service. Thanks to him, I have decided to continue my service with AT&T.
Frank went above and beyond by reviewing my plan, addressing all my concerns, and even offering assistance with any future questions or issues. This is exactly the kind of customer service that I expect and appreciate. If anyone from AT&T is reading this, I want to extend my heartfelt...
Read moreI was treated poorly at this store. When I entered, nobody approached me or spoke to me. A female associate finally came over but had an attitude. When I asked for someone else to help me, she asked a coworker to "deal" with me. When I called her out, she said "English isn't my first language" in perfect English. When I asked for a manager, the female manager, who was talking to someone, didn't even get up to address my concerns. She just said, oh someone else will help you. While I was was working with the new associate, a new customer walked in. Immediately, the female associate jumped up and met him at the door, something that didn't happen when I (a black female) walked in. I pointed this out to the manager. I asked, "do you see the difference in service?" I walked in to buy a new iPhone 17, which would have been a high commission for the associates. Their prejudice and racism cost...
