Sevick Gardens Farmers Market — Attraction in Michigan City

I love this place. It's in my neighborhood. It's run by people who live in my neighborhood. I like to support my neighborhood. They have a wide variety of fresh and canned specialty items. An enormous variety of flowers appropriate to all the seasons as well as outdoor furniture. I enjoy going there because I'm supporting local farming, I'm getting good value, they're close to my home and I can shop and walk home. I'm also dealing with the owner directly, and I just feel like that's how it's supposed to be. They're very active in the community. They participate in many different farmers markets. A unique shop with jams,salsas,pickles, and many other great homemade products . The produce is locally sourced, and the owners are wonderful and helpful.
