Michael Kors Outlet — Local services in Michigan City

If I could afford to buy the entire MK Store I would! I love visiting Michael Kors. On This particular visit, I was there for a gift for my niece who just turned 17. I got her a really cute orange backpack with metal detailing. The store associates are very serious about COVID-19, and they made sure to offer us hand sanitizer as well as social distancing and they only allowed, (I believe), four or five people in the store at one time. They didn’t rush us either, even though there was a line outside, we were able to take our time and choose whatever we wanted and walk around and look at other things too. The customer service is always great. This is my 3rd visit to the store. I also love the sale prices, and the quality of the bags. The next time I visit, I plan to purchase some perfume and sunglasses because Lord knows I don’t need any more purses! But this is my go to store. Nothing against the Coach outlet, I just prefer Michael Kors Selection of purses. They are in my opinion, more trendy, and the prices are reasonable. The store is always clean and very well organized, and again the customer service people all extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. So I went to this location a few weeks ago and purchased 2 coats and lost one last week ,I so loved it so went back to get it again and went I went in every one very friendly the even told me they have a promotion if you spend 200 you get a 50 off so I got 2 more jackets so it was over 200 so I asked if I buy over 400 and pay 2 different transactions would i get a second 50 off so as soon as i asked for discount they changed the way they were talking to me . Shelley who was the cashier didn't know the answer and asked another staff and they just said I have to go back next day to get the discount, come on I even mention I lost it and went to get it again .Grand the second discount will keep your customers. I just got a bad experience over here on the Veterans Day. I went shopping with my family here. I speak Vietnamese to my family and nothing wrong right. We got what we wanted to buy. I brought them to the counter. I talked to the lady in English. I asked if the store offered the military discount the lady said yes if I can show her the valid ID. I said ok then she asked if it is a U.S military. I was shocked for a second. In my mind I was like dam, she thought I was a freaking foreign military or what just because she heard I spoke Vietnamese to my family or my Asian face. I showed her my US military ID then she said ok then just gave me the receipt without saying anything.

I am so disappointed how I was treated like that. Just because I speak Vietnamese to my family and my Asian face then I am not able to be a service member in the US Army. NERVER...
