Ordered online and mom went to pick up the full. Had ordered 2 organic drinks and the girl at the window said they they were out and offered a fountain drink. Mom said she didn’t want a fountain drink and wanted a refund for the drinks and the girl didn’t know how to do it. My mom insisted on refund and the girl left the window and came back and they magically had the drinks we ordered. Get back 5-10 minute drive and everything was ice cold. They put the wrong salsa on my burrito bowl. Mom ordered a burrito and got corn instead of tomato, no lettuce, no rice. Husband ordered chips and salsa. Only got chips. Mom ordered large chips and guacamole. Only got reg sized chips. Tried to call the store and only get answering service. Went online and and after getting passed from ‘agent’ to ‘agent’ she was told they were sorry for her experience and they would email her an offer to make up for her experience. There was no more than 15 minutes between placing order online and picking it up. Wrong salsa on taco order. Too hot for him to eat. Corn salsa missing from another order but found on another order that didn't order it. No rice in burrito or lettuce in the burrito and burrito shell was cold and gluey. Initially told the drinks that were ordered they didn't have and when I asked for refund of those items she said she didn't know how to do that and when I refused to substitute fountain drinks she mysteriously was able to fulfill my drink order. Tried to use chat function and was told sorry and to expect a coupon for BOGO item but email failed to include coupon. The entire experience was awful. Tried charging me for a double steak bowl and even when it was clearly a C on the lid he proceeded to open my bowl and then didn’t close it properly leading it to spill everywhere in my car. A double serving of chicken is still little to no chicken they are so stingy with everything except when I ask for hot salsa and they decided to put SO MUCH MILD instead. Did not even offer to make a new bowl and tried picking it out before I said it’s fine. I would actually love to know who the manager is so I could meet them and laugh at how disgraceful they are running this one chain as I have had 2 bad experiences in the 2 times I’ve been here and none at any other location.
