En Vogue Medi-Spa Langhorne, PA — Attraction in Middletown Township

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Before even purchasing my 50 units of dysport I called and spoke to the receptionist at En Vogue to make sure it was actually 50 units and no less since I've been scammed in the past with Groupons stating you get so many units and then they lie and say it's "dysport" units so you only get a third of the 50 units. Anyway, the receptionist stated it was actually 50 units and that the other place I tried was trying to scam me and units don't change so if I but 50 I actually get 50 units so I went ahead and purchased the Groupon. When I got there yesterday, The nurse tried to say it's only around 16 units because dysport is a third of Botox. When I explained How the prior telephone conversation went before I even purchased the Groupon, the nurse got extremely hostile. I explained that I actually called another salon where I've been to a lot of times for dysport before asking them if the units change and they said no the units do not and 50 units is 50 units, the nurse at En Vogue insisted that I call them immediately stating that they would've never said that. When I called the other salon and I was telling them the situation, the nurse at En Vogue grabbed my phone out of my hand and started screaming at the lady on the other end and would not give me my phone back when I asked trying to lie and say I wanted these 3 separate injections using their medical terms but I just wanted what I purchased through Groupon (50 units.) When I finally got my phone back, the woman from the other salon (La Chele) stated that the nurse seemed extremely hostile, doesn't even pronounce Dysport right and I am getting scammed and I should not get the procedure done, that is when I told the nurse at En Vogue I would not be getting the service and asked that they cancel my Groupon on their end. The nurse told me they will not do that and I have to go through Groupon. I am in disbelief at how this nurse was acting, she was actually really scary and clearly doesn't have a clue as to what she's doing let alone how to be professional. This place should...

Irina is a queen of her craft. She has the most gentle hand. This is my second time getting filler in my lips, and let me tell you this time compared to the first time (at another spa)? THE BEST! I could barely feel her injections. I have zero bruising (the first time I had significant bruising a few hours after). She is very sweet, and warm, which made the process an easier one for me as I am a baby when it comes to needles & pain…

With that being said, I went into the spa confident that I wanted one type of filler but after a thorough consultation she pointed me in the right direction to get the RESULTS that I desired. She also worked with me to access discounts/and accommodated me financially. I am very very happy with my results! She is an artist, and a professional. So if you’re hell bent on a certain filler or procedure and she feels that will not get you your desired results, she will suggest otherwise. I personally respect her brutal honesty, because instead of selling me whatever I wanted she actually took the time to assess the results I wanted & give me just that. 100% recommend!
