If I could give them zero stars I would. I been going to this store for years as I have three daughters and yesterday sadly I will never return and I hope no other princess goes through what my daughter and grand daughter did. We went here because both girls were going to prom in May. Big day and these girls were so excited we got to the store one associate said you need an appointment I said to look she said no to try dresses on I said ok she said 3pm she told my daughter go over once the line ends and 3pm sign up. So I left and my daughter called saying no that spot was taking its 4pm how are you told one thing then that happens but no big deal 4pm it is. My daughter gets back to the store and they said your parents have to be here ok so me and my daughter walked in I’m the parent of one my daughter is the parent of two ok so after that was finally cleared up with much attitude we start looking at dresses no one offered to help didn’t tell us what we needed to do I was holding five dresses as the girls laughed and walked around my daughters holding dresses I walked back to the dressing room put the dresses on a holder because they were heavy and was told no to hold on then told there was no rooms available could we do pop up rooms I’m like ok so the girls started trying on dresses mind you we still were not ask anything the pop up rooms you could see in I’m like once one of the other Voice girls leaves will they be putting them in there nope next appts came in and still no help others came in offered rooms the manager was rude ignorant I eventually walked out my daughters that was there she walked out she’s like I have never had such snobs rude ignorant associates not helping not asking us anything other girls were helped offered assistance it’s was the worst experience finally with my last two daughters and grand daughter in the store I was walking around and then the last three met up with me my daughter. And grand daughter was so upset the way they were treated attitudes what was the point of an appointment not one person help we did everything on our own we could even get a dressing room. After my daughter and grand daughter came back upset I walked right back to the store ask for the manager of course it was the lady that already gave us an attitude I told her it’s disgusting you have two girls that were so excited to now being so upset hurt and wasted our time. I said so what’s the problem is it because we don’t dress rich we had on sweats oh I’m not blinging diamonds so our money is no good or is it because my daughter is white with a black daughter she said none of that happened IT SURE DID HAPPEN AND YOUR A STUCK UP SNOB ITS SAD YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS SO WRONG AND HURT TO GIRLS THAT WANTED PROM DRESSES YOU LIVE WITH THAT SHE COULD OF CARED LESS telling me to lower my voice why are you embarrassed oh you don’t want to lose business you lost just two no big problem to you since you make so much two is no lose I hope you are happy how you...
Read moreUnfortunately my daughter had a horrible experience at your store. An appointment was made for a dress fitting. A guardian accompanied my daughter and her friend. My daughter was told by the manager ( a blond woman) that she didn't have a guardian and had to pay a fee. My daughter told the the manager who her guardian was and even pointed to her. How does a manager get to determine who my daughter guardian is.? She paid the fee. They received no help looking for dresses or even greeted when they came in the store. Eventually my daughter left after trying on dresses. My daughter and her friend felt discriminated ( Puerto Rican and black) against and my daughter came home crying. The same day I wrote an email discussing their horrible experience and instead of them responding to an adult, they called my 17 year old daughter. My daughter called back and spoke to someone regarding customer service. My daughter was explaining what happened, but was constantly getting interrupted by the manager who was more concerned about rescheduling for another $25. My daughter ended the call and immediately they called back to make up lies , stating my daughter threatened them and that she "take care of the employee on my own and press charges" Upon reading another bad review , they accused another customer of the same thing. They called my daughter again today several times from an unknown caller id pretending to be the police. As soon as my daughter tried to respond, they hung up. This has to be the most unprofessional place we have encountered and now they are harassing my 17 years older with false allegations and impersonating police. We will be calling corporate and if you continue to harass my daughter , we will get the...
Read moreI was so excited to shop for my very first pageant. This was supposed to be a special, unforgettable moment and instead, it turned into a frustrating and heartbreaking experience.
The boutique reached out to confirm an appointment late at night, which my mom and grandma had never even scheduled. Still, I showed up, paid $25 for the appointment, and started trying on dresses. I ended up falling in love with one… until my mom pointed out two spots where the beading and sequins were missing.
They originally offered $40 off, but after I explained I was on a tight timeline and would need to get it repaired quickly, they agreed to take off $50. Turns out, they really only gave me $25 off, and that was just the appointment fee being credited toward the dress something they do anyway. So in reality, they didn’t discount the dress for the damage at all.
The worst part? The same night I brought the dress home, the strap broke. When I took it to the seamstress, she pointed out that the dress had already been broken. It was missing a whole strap and had two more areas where beading and sequins were damaged.
I reached out again to share all of this, and they only offered me $10 for the repairs. After that, I followed up by phone and never heard back. No apology, no effort to make it right.
With the unique nature of the dress and how close my pageant is, I can’t return it, which makes this all even more upsetting. I truly loved this dress, and I was so excited to work with what I thought was a luxury boutique. But I was sold a damaged and possibly used dress, and left to deal with the stress and cost on my own.
For a boutique that calls itself high-end, this experience was deeply disappointing. I...
