HeARTLocke Studio — Attraction in Midwest City

We recently celebrated my son's birthday at HeARTlocke Studios on June 22, 2025, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The venue provided the perfect amount of stimulation for the kids, with a playroom featuring a treehouse and slide, a race car arcade, and an interactive digital floor that kept everyone engaged. The activities were suitable for a wide age range, with kids attending from as young as 3 to 11 years old.

One of the main reasons I chose this studio is that they did not require purchasing pizza or other unhealthy food items like cake or cupcakes. I was allowed to bring any snacks of my choosing, and we opted for delicious cheese crisps and fresh fruit cups with whipped cream instead of sweets. This was really important to me due to my son's dietary restrictions, and I appreciated the flexibility they offered. Plus, the overall price was very affordable, making it a great value for such a memorable experience.

The activities were well-planned and flowed seamlessly. The kids had a blast assembling and painting their own wooden toy race cars with clay animal drivers, followed by an exciting scavenger hunt. One of the highlights was the ferret playroom, where the kids could hold and pet two adorable ferrets!

The hostesses did an amazing job keeping the pace of each activity just right, ensuring that everyone had a great time. To top it all off, my son received a special present at the end of the party—a 3D-printed toy pet, complete with a complimentary cage and accessories!

I can't recommend HeARTlocke Studios enough for a birthday party. They truly made my son's day special, and we will definitely be back for future...

We’ve been to the studio SEVERAL times now, and even had an 8th birthday party here, and every time has been SUCH A TREAT!!

The space has so many creative things to do for any age or skill “level” and Elizabeth is BEYOND accommodating!!

My son absolutely adores going to see the ferrets, and more often will spend time with them and playing in the Hideaway than doing the art! XD But he always asks “When is the next ferret Friday??”

The ferrets are so sweet and well socialized, they’re silly little creatures, and LOVE to play and LOVELOVE to snuggle! If you’re lucky, you can snuggle a sleepy noodle AND do art! (And really it doesn’t take much luck, just a cuddle apron and the knowledge that if your legs go to sleep, that’s just the price of snuggling a cute sentient tube sock)

The gift shop is phenomenal as well! So many local artists and crafts people of all types, the amazing ReBorn nursery, little build-your-own 3D print mini critter terrariums, adopt-a-(stuffed)-ferret and so so much more!

What a fantastic studio and gifted artists! No matter if it's a birthday party (which are amazing), ferret Friday or make and take, they create magical moments of creative fun for artists of all ages and abilities. Our daughter's birthday party was the best we've ever had, and that was largely because of the warm, patient, fun environment created by Elizabeth and her family. They create easygoing structure for the kiddos to follow and are so patient as they help each child create a piece of their own imagination. Thank you, Elizabeth and family! We already have the next birthday party booked and will be back...
