Lane Bryant — Attraction in Midwest City

This location is well stocked, clean, and easy to get to, but after two less than pleasant experiences in a week, I won’t be back. 1st time I came in 30 min before close to grab a shirt quickly for work. Nobody greeted me, barely said anything at checkout, and locked the doors 5-10 min before close. 2nd visit, brought my daughter in for a bra fitting, woman who did it was unpleasant and offered little to no helpful info. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty when shopping in store, but I do expect to be treated with kindness and to be helped when needed and that just doesn’t seem to exist here. Very disappointed that my daughters first real bra fitting went this way, and very disappointed that a store that charges as much as this one offers such poor customer service. Went to this location last week after receiving my Lane Bryant card in the mail. Two associates working did not greet me or make eye contact the entire time I was there. I was bra shopping and having a difficult time finding anything in my size. Anytime I've been there previously, someone has always asked if I needed help. I found a bra and when I was paying for my items, I told the sales associate that I'd lost the 40% coupon that came with my card and she just stared at me. At that point, I was ready to get out of there. I paid for my stuff and headed out. The other employee was standing near the exit and didn't look at me so I said "bye" at which point she laughed and said "bye" back to me. Wasn't sure how to interpret that. Lane Bryant @ Town Center in Midwest City is well stocked, well kept and located in a beautiful outdoor mall. The Town Center Mall is a beautiful outdoor mall. The mall is not crowded and one can find ample parking right outside of Lane Bryant. This location always has the latest Lane Bryant styles displayed in roomy areas. The clothing is not jam packed and easy to go through. Each clothing item is sized on the hanging rack, so one doesn’t need to rustle around for their size. The store is always clean. Upon entry their are ample wipes and hand sanitizer. I went in to exchange an online order and it was SO easy. They exchanged my online merchandise and found the correct sizes.
