Haven’t been here in almost a year since my last two experiences were subpar, but this one took the cake. Restaurant incredibly dirty, bathroom was DISGUSTING. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Was here about 25 mins, were maybe 10-15 people in the dining area, very slow, but the tables were not bussed so it was hard to find a booth to sit in. Got one of their table markers for the food to be brought to the table. Didn’t bring it, just shouted my name out loud to make me come get it(don’t mind at all, but why give the marker?) staff and management nowhere to be seen while the dining area and restaurant in general was grossly unkept(I can’t imagine how the kitchen is 🤢). The atmosphere here is awful as there were(appeared to be) two homeless men in a booth all with their belongings scattered on the floor near them and taking up the booth behind and in front of them. Random person speaking foreign language near my table screaming on the telephone for nearly 10mins while I’m trying to eat. Food was okay, but they served my soup cold, which is disappointing, but by far the least of the problems here. This staff does not care about this restaurant or the people that come in here by the way they act and look after the place. Really gone down hill. Won’t be returning. I prefer not to leave a poor review as I know it’s not great for business, but the way this place has become is really sad. I used to enjoy coming here between classes, but man it’s really disgusting and just not good enough to spend money here anymore. Hope they...

I have only used my Coffee Subscription when going in the restaurant, but today decided to use it at the drive-thru (I was thrilled to see that the new location offers a drive-thru, since-with young children-it's much easier to go to a drive-thru to get coffee instead of taking everyone in the restaurant). Anyway, this afternoon, I ordered an iced coffee, when I got to the window, the worker clarified that I ordered an iced coffee, a moment later another worker came over and thrust the cup in my hand while literally singing out "Here's coffee!" and as I drove away I looked at the cup, took a sip, and...IT WAS NOT COFFEE. The color should have tipped me off; I had said "yes" to half-and-half, and the cup that they gave me was barely tinted, it looked like it was mostly half-and-half. When I tasted it, I could detect some faint tea flavors and definitely no coffee taste or smell. I had one of my children taste it, and he could not detect any coffee flavor either, he thought it tasted only like half-and-half. I added sugar when we got home, thinking I could salvage it and pretend that it was milk tea, and it just was not good, so down the drain it went. I'm still giving this location two stars because the hot coffee is good, and while there isn't as much seating as the other location, there is lots of beautiful natural daylight that comes into the restaurant which I enjoy. But, I guess my enthusiasm over a drive-thru was misplaced, and I'll stick to going inside and getting my own coffee...

My office orders lunch from Panera once a week. The last 4 times we have ordered, at least one portion of our order (which was paid for in advance) was not actually given to us when the order was picked up. I understand that with bigger orders things sometimes happen, and sometimes things get left out by accident. But four times, we have ordered something from them (our orders typically cost between 50-100 dollars) and four times now, something that was paid for was not provided. Last time it happened, I called the restaurant and was assured that it would be taken care of and it would not happen again. Today, we decided to order again from Panera. Out of an abundance of caution I called the restaurant after placing our order, and politely asked the person I spoke with (whose name she said was Tammy) if she could please make sure that this time our entire order is complete and included. She hung up on me in the middle of a sentence.

Not good service at all. We always try to check the order but sometimes we are busy and rushed so we come to the restaurant, pick up our order, and hurry back. It is extremely inconvenient to have to stop what we are doing after we learn our order is incomplete, and go back to the restaurant.

And this has happened 4 times! Ridiculous. I won't personally be coming here anymore, but I do hope that they improve their service, because the people in my office still...

Update: We resubscribed to SipClub, but have literally been told they don't have Dr. Pepper when ordering. They absolutely have Dr. Pepper and Diet Dr. Pepper. It's ridiculous for employees to not even know what drinks are offered. This Panera has particularly slow service, so now that they've moved the cups behind the counter, without improving, I've canceled Sip Club, which means I'll no longer be a customer at all. Everyone I know has done the same. It's just not convenient to run inside, use the kiosk, wait for the cup and get my drinks. Nor is the drive-through speedy in any way. More often than not, you're directed to wait in line instead of someone bringing it to the car. If not, they'll ask you to pull around to the front and wait in front of the doors, while cars line up behind you. If you park in the designated spots FOR pickup, they act put out. Since the app is buggy and slow, there's just no convenient way to even get a drink, let alone eat a wildly overpriced meal. The trash can doors are also left open several times a week. It wouldn't be worth mentioning if it didn't pose a risk to drivers, but it does, because the doors jut right into the entrance. This is a code violation. The only excuse is pure laziness. That's not super surprising from a business that's so often closed due to short staffing, though. If you love Panera, I'd recommend a different location.

The food here is good, but in terms of value, I think McAlister's wins. A 'Pick 2' order here, with no drink, cost me over $11, whereas the same would cost $7-8 at McAlisters. When it comes to taste, I do think Panera is pretty good and may even edge out McAlister's, but the two are close. Although the dining room here is larger and maybe even a bit nicer (esp if you want more privacy or if you want to get some homework done in the lounge area), about a third of the tables were occupied by leftover dinner mess whe I arrived, so seating was more limited. Panera is good, just too pricey for the casual restaurant that it is.

Very clean location with quick and pleasant service! Long lines led me to use the self-ordering kiosk. Everything worked like it was supposed to, and kiosks offer a quick user interface with pictures of each item. Unfortunately, due to supply chain limitations many of their sandwiches were unavailable on 10 Dec. Some were still accessible with modifications (see picture). Still great food! I would point out the padding of the bench in the booth we chose is worn and you can feel framing below. Recommend think about seat refurbishment when able. Overall a good visit!
