I placed a curbside pick up order because it was 95 degrees outside, and I had my 15 month old twins with me. I arrived at the stipulated time, parked in the designated spot, and called the number on the sign. I followed the directions in the confirmation email exactly. The person on the phone was rude from the minute they answered, then they lied and told me my order said I needed to come inside to pick it up. I told the person that I couldn't come inside because I had small children in the car that I could not leave by themselves, and the guy hung up on me. I had to get both toddlers out of their car seats, carry them both inside, and then wait to be helped. When they finally did help, they were rude and not apologetic. At no point was I rude or unkind to anyone, so the fact that the employees on duty all had bad attitudes by default was extremely off-putting. While I was waiting, there was another customer that was having an issue with their to-go order, and the manager on duty did not seem at all helpful to this person either, so maybe it was just a bad day for the staff. Truly a horrendous customer service experience. If the store does not have the manpower or will to complete curbside orders, then they should not list them as an option when ordering. I would have ordered from somewhere else if I had known that curbside would not...
Read moreI like QDOBA when u want to eat plant based or add a little meat its up to you. That's what I like about it. Eat here just recently and observed the non professional employees their but after taken a closer look I see why. It's because of the unprofessional management. I left my phone when paying for my food. I got home and called back to speak with the manager. I asked him did he see a phone left at his business. He told me no, I told him I would call my phone to see if he could hear it he said he didn't hear it and told me he asked his employes if they saw a phone. I knew I left my phone their because it was the only place I went to and had just left. I drove back to this business walk up to the counter where the manager was standing told him who I was and described the events that had taken place when I was there. He looked me in my eyes and again told me he had not seen my phone by this time a young employee sweeping around Where we were standing having this conversation. The manager then asked the employee had he seen a phone the employee said its was right there by the cash register where the manager was standing. He literally looked down picked up the phone and handed it to me without any explanation or apology. I know understand why the employees their are so lost there is no managerial skills...
Read moreOn 3/31/25, my family and I visited Qdoba around 9:25 PM. We waited in line, and once it was our turn, we proceeded to order two kids’ quesadilla meals along with a couple of bowls for my husband and me.
As we were ordering, an employee informed us that the quesadilla machines had been turned off at 9:30 PM. She then checked the clock and saw that it was 9:31 PM. I politely explained that we had been waiting in line and that my children specifically enjoy quesadillas from Qdoba. I kindly asked if she could still prepare them, but she firmly refused, reiterating that the machines were already off.
I then requested to speak with a manager to see if an exception could be made. The employee gestured toward him and said he was “over there,” but he never came over to address my concerns. After our bowls were prepared, I asked for the corporate contact information, and the staff simply told me to look it up myself. Throughout the interaction, they seemed irritated and unhelpful, making the experience feel unprofessional and unwelcoming.
As someone who also works in customer service, I always strive to ensure that customers feel valued and heard. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard, and it left me hesitant to return. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions for...
