*Update* My wife and I visited on a busy Halloween evening during a BOOGO promotion.. The restaurant was super busy, but very well staffed for the occasion.. Both of our bowls, featuring Adobo Chicken and Habanero Lime Steak, were prepared just as we wanted and were quite flavorful.. The only hiccup was that both Coca-Cola Freestyle machines were out of ice, likely due to the demand of the promotion.. Otherwise, this Qdoba delivered another solid performance!! *Original Review* I rarely review national chain restaurants, but a recent visit to this Qdoba deserved a mention.. I visited the MWC Qdoba for lunch on Tuesday this week.. It had been a couple of months or so since I had visited any Qdoba.. I ordered a bowl with cilantro lime rice, black and pinto beans, grilled steak, Cholula Hot and Sweet grilled chicken, queso, pico, lettuce, a trio of salsas (Roja, Verde, and Habanero), and shredded cheese.. This was the most flavorful bowl I've enjoyed at any Qdoba in some time.. I did add dashes of Cholula Original and Jalapeño sauce tableside, too.. The staff members who prepared the bowl and cashed me out were wonderfully pleasant and courteous as well.. At the end of the day, this was a very enjoyable visit to Qdoba, and I'll be visiting this location again, in the very near future..

The first thing that struck me was there are no prices for the tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, soup, and most other items on the menu board. I should have listened to my instinct to leave and eat elsewhere, but instead, I was treated to the worst customer service I've had in years. The woman you start your order with was really rude, and should not be employed working with customers. The woman messed up my order gave me what she thought I wanted. I ordered three chicken tacos which tasted good, but were not worth the $9.65 plus tax you find out your being charged when you get your receipt. The tacos were far to small for the price and they skipped on the chicken. My wife had a small bowl and some tortilla soup. She said it tasted good but again not worth what was being charged. If your in the mood for good Mexican food I'd recommend trying Taqueria Los Reyes, a food trailer located at 8817 NE 23rd street l, OKC. On 23rd near the Midwest City Super Walmart. The people who run this food trailer give great customer service, the food is delicious, and the prices are posted and fair for what you get. Make sure you have cash if you go to this trailer. I would recommend a hard pass on Qdoba, unless you want to pay too much and experience poor customer service.

Don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this location has seemed to go down hill since new management. They can’t seem to manage the restaurant properly. They are out of most drink options in their coke machines and when getting sweet tea, well there wasn’t any. Neither was there any sugar. I asked for sugar and they pointed at the Splenda, which we want real sugar. The manager came over and looked through the cabinets and still no sugar. Seems like they don’t know how to manage properly by ordering things when they are low. I then asked, “well do you have real sugar in the back from how y’all make sweet tea? “ She went and got me a cup but the problem is they never make sweet tea, keep things in stock (sugar/drinks) or even apologize for the inconvenience. Who doesn’t say oh my goodness I’m so sorry we will get that fixed and order some and I’ll get some sweet tea made. But nope didn’t make any tea or apologize.

I placed a curbside pick up order because it was 95 degrees outside, and I had my 15 month old twins with me. I arrived at the stipulated time, parked in the designated spot, and called the number on the sign. I followed the directions in the confirmation email exactly. The person on the phone was rude from the minute they answered, then they lied and told me my order said I needed to come inside to pick it up. I told the person that I couldn't come inside because I had small children in the car that I could not leave by themselves, and the guy hung up on me. I had to get both toddlers out of their car seats, carry them both inside, and then wait to be helped. When they finally did help, they were rude and not apologetic. At no point was I rude or unkind to anyone, so the fact that the employees on duty all had bad attitudes by default was extremely off-putting. While I was waiting, there was another customer that was having an issue with their to-go order, and the manager on duty did not seem at all helpful to this person either, so maybe it was just a bad day for the staff. Truly a horrendous customer service experience. If the store does not have the manpower or will to complete curbside orders, then they should not list them as an option when ordering. I would have ordered from somewhere else if I had known that curbside would not...

I like QDOBA when u want to eat plant based or add a little meat its up to you. That's what I like about it. Eat here just recently and observed the non professional employees their but after taken a closer look I see why. It's because of the unprofessional management. I left my phone when paying for my food. I got home and called back to speak with the manager. I asked him did he see a phone left at his business. He told me no, I told him I would call my phone to see if he could hear it he said he didn't hear it and told me he asked his employes if they saw a phone. I knew I left my phone their because it was the only place I went to and had just left. I drove back to this business walk up to the counter where the manager was standing told him who I was and described the events that had taken place when I was there. He looked me in my eyes and again told me he had not seen my phone by this time a young employee sweeping around Where we were standing having this conversation. The manager then asked the employee had he seen a phone the employee said its was right there by the cash register where the manager was standing. He literally looked down picked up the phone and handed it to me without any explanation or apology. I know understand why the employees their are so lost there is no managerial skills...

On 3/31/25, my family and I visited Qdoba around 9:25 PM. We waited in line, and once it was our turn, we proceeded to order two kids’ quesadilla meals along with a couple of bowls for my husband and me.

As we were ordering, an employee informed us that the quesadilla machines had been turned off at 9:30 PM. She then checked the clock and saw that it was 9:31 PM. I politely explained that we had been waiting in line and that my children specifically enjoy quesadillas from Qdoba. I kindly asked if she could still prepare them, but she firmly refused, reiterating that the machines were already off.

I then requested to speak with a manager to see if an exception could be made. The employee gestured toward him and said he was “over there,” but he never came over to address my concerns. After our bowls were prepared, I asked for the corporate contact information, and the staff simply told me to look it up myself. Throughout the interaction, they seemed irritated and unhelpful, making the experience feel unprofessional and unwelcoming.

As someone who also works in customer service, I always strive to ensure that customers feel valued and heard. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard, and it left me hesitant to return. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions for...
