This was my first mattres purchasing experience, and I came in pretty skeptical - I'm frugal with my money, and mattress stores typically try to sell you the most expensive mattress they can. This is not what Midwest City Mattress Firm did. EJ, the store manager, walked my boyfriend and I through everything and was very respectful of my price range. He educated us on the quality of mattresses, talked about durability and health concerns, and helped me realize I could afford a better mattress than I originally set out for. With EJ's help, we found the perfect firmness for our comfort level at a price that, with financing, was very affordable. There is a very noticeable difference in the mattress I previously owned and this mattress, and adding in the mechanical base helps my boyfriend's back issues (and snoring!). We bought a bed frame from another store and after putting it together we found out it needs a mattress pad, even though when we bought it online it said it didn’t. My wife called the store at 3:50 asking if she could pick one up that day. The manager at the store told her they didn’t have one on their show room but she could pick one up in the city. She was in a hurry and said thanks and then hung up. She rushed across the city and when she got there at 4:30, thirty minutes before closing, they told her she had to buy it at their store and pick it up at the distribution center, but that she should call the store back and buy it over the phone. To be honest, I wasn’t really planning to purchase from Mattress Firm. We had already shopped at a competitor, and I thought we had found the right bed. But Sherrod at this Mattress Firm went so far above and beyond, we ended up buying not one bed, but THREE. He just made magic happen. He was so patient, helped us make up our indecisive minds, and ended up making us some incredible deals on some really dreamy, high-quality beds.
