I recently visited a restaurant and, unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. From the lack of enthusiasm displayed by the employees to the consistently incorrect orders, it was evident that the staff was not motivated to provide quality service. It felt as though they were doing me a favor by serving the food, despite paying for it. Firstly, the attitude of the employees was disheartening. Their lack of enthusiasm and evident disinterest in their work was palpable. They appeared to be going through the motions without any genuine care for customer satisfaction. It was disheartening to witness their lack of willingness to assist and engage with customers. Moreover, the consistent mistakes with my orders added to my disappointment. It seemed like a simple task to get the food right, yet it was a recurring issue. Whether it was missing ingredients, incorrect preparation, or even completely wrong dishes, each visit ended with me receiving something different from what I had ordered. This inconsistency was not only frustrating but also indicated a lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the frequency and consistency of the errors were unacceptable. It felt as though the staff didn't prioritize accuracy and were indifferent to the inconvenience caused to customers. This lack of accountability left me feeling undervalued as a paying customer. In conclusion, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The employees' disinterested attitude, combined with the repeated inaccuracies in my orders, created a frustrating dining experience. It is my hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes necessary improvements to ensure better customer service and accurate order fulfillment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive the food I order, without the constant mistakes and lack of enthusiasm.

I go to this location a lot and am always pleased but tonight is a bit different. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:30 they close at 11. There’s no excuse for the quality of food I received pictured below. First of all, I asked for a refresher with my meal, the employee stated they were out for the night (understandable and not a big deal). I pull up pay for my food and ask for sweet and sour sauces, the employee again states they are out of those for the night as well (still being understanding and not making a big deal I stated that was totally fine). When I got home I realized my chicken was warm but definitely not fresh which still didn’t care I just got off of a long shift and tired and hungry and ready for bed. Only did I realize that I had lots of noodles mixed in with my fried rice did it become a problem for me. Don’t serve others something you wouldn’t even be okay with eating, seriously! I would have rather you said you were out of everything so I could have taken my business elsewhere!!!

To preface this I understand what it’s like to work at panda for a closing shift becuase I worked BOH for a few years. I understand that they had a limited selection of entrees for the night and I understand everybody is just trying to go home. But I ordered fried rice with double teriyaki and the person working the drive thru Stephanie G did not inform me that they didn’t have enough teriyaki to fulfill my order. Not even that but the fried rice was everywhere and not even close to amounting to what I spent my money on. I wouldn’t have minded getting half and half and I wouldn’t have minded getting another entree of something else. I called the store and spoke to someone who put me on hold for 10+ minutes until the store closed after telling me that they’d come back with an answer to my complaint. It was 10:38 and my server was Stephanie G. It would’ve been nice to get an answer instead of wasting my time on hold for such a small complaint.

I came to the Midwest City location in front of Tinker AFB tonight and went through the drive through at about 7:15. I was the only vehicle in the drive through. I was with my father and my sister and the way we were treated and spoken to was HORRIBLE. For starters the guy taking the order kept messing up taking our order. We were patient with that because everybody needs to learn and it was at night so not a big deal. We proceeded the ask the kid if he had four bowls on our order because he seemed to be a bit confused about us wanting two orders of the walnut chicken and my father and I wanted to make sure he got it. The kid proceeded to parrot back what he thought we had ordered and did not answer the question. That was not a huge deal but we weren't thrilled about that. I asked again to make sure he had both orders of the walnut chicken because he hadn't repeated that. Not only that he had to have a Asian girl come over to help him put in the order. Again that wasn't a huge deal. Everyone has to learn. What really got us was the following: He says in a really snarky voice our order and asks if that's it and proceeds to answer with even more attitude "Okay, that was all I needed to know." At that point my dad and I looked at each other and were appalled and I was highly considering leaving. We drove up to the window and the Asian girl runs our card and the kid hands us our order. Neither of them thanked us for ordering Panda Express and I noticed there didn't seem to be any customers inside so there was really no reason for them to be forgetting things like that or skipping being polite. I did notice the kids name tag said Jayvone. More on that I called the same Panda Express about 20 minutes later and the same kid answered. I could tell by his voice. He asked if I wanted to place an order and I asked for the manager on duty. The kid proceeds to ask "who is this"? I respond with "a customer. May I speak with the manager on duty?" He says he is the manager on duty and I asked for his name. He told me his name was Jayvone the same name I noticed on the name tag of the snotty kid at the window. I am unsure if this kid really is the night shift manager at this establishment but his unacceptable for customer service either way. If I had ever acted that way with half the amount of attitude when working in customer service I wouldn't have had a job very long. Additionally, my dad had been in a car wreck earlier that day and had just been released from the hospital and all he wanted was Panda Express. This kid managed to make an already bad day worse. Further adding on to that this establishment is right in front of the air force base where I am sure a lot of our service members go to enjoy a meal with out any of...

Normally I have had good experiences with Panda Express in Midwest City but today my mother and I went in to order our food like we normally do because we like to watch people these days making our food. The employee that serviced us was very rude on the way that she talked to us 😡. I started to tell her that we will take our business else where because I was raised to speak to people respectfully not in an ignorant manner . When I ordered my super greens on a plate that comes with two entrees I asked if I could have more super greens because she only gave me a little bit , and she said that it wouldn’t be enough for the other customers . I’m like you can make more super greens she was just being plain lazy and not wanting to do her job right , I’m like ok you are working here to please your customers needs if you cannot do that then this isn’t the job for you sweetheart . I ordered beef and broccoli with the mushroom chicken but I had her to opt out the beef and broccoli with string bean chicken and mushroom chicken because I am trying to stay away from beef. That crazy broad told me that she will have to make a brand new plate I’m like no one has tampered with it all you have to do is scoop the beef and broccoli back into the cooking pot because the plate is over there with you . I’m like I wouldn’t do anything dishonest , plus the food today was very disgusting anyway I can’t believe I waisted my money on this pig slop🐽 🐖🐷. When she made me a new plate she gave me less super greens then before all because she was mad that she had to make a brand new plate of food just very trifling . This food caused my mom to feel sick if that woman has put anything in my mom’s food I will have her fired . But whatever I am so over people with yucky nasty attitudes that is why I mainly cook at home for now on I am done eating out because at least I know what I am putting in my food instead of this prison that they are feeding people. Panda Express in Midwest City I am done with your service you just lost a regular customer because you keep hiring people that are too incompetent and pessimist😡. I don’t have to put up with your nonsense and I am giving you my money just to put up with your ignorance you are so quick to ask your customers to donate a dollar but you can’t respect them enough to deserve their hard earned money, also you don’t pay attention enough to get their orders correct 🤮🤮👎👎😡😡. Lastly if I could have given them a 0 instead of a 1 star I would...

I've gone here twice, had Panda Express twice, and after this encounter I'm never having it again. Im trying to pick up an order for my aunt who made things difficult herself but wait. I get there and start waiting at the counter, watching them serve all the other people while being continuously ignored. I FINALLY get someone attention, and she tells me to pick it up I need a confirmation code. We'll after she says that she promptly walks off and I am continuously ignored until finally I decide to just walk back there and grab her order myself, since it's right there with her name on it and it's already payed for. Well the moment I do that all of a sudden everybody wants to pay attention. 1 worker stepped up to stop me and I explained to her that if yall didn't want me to do that then maybe do your jobs and pay attention to your customers. Well she says the same thing about the confirmation code, and while on phone with my aunt I ask her to tell me the code, but then soon as my aunt tells me the code, this lady walks or or starts talking to someone else. And she does this about 6 times before I start ringing the bell obnoxiously trying to get some attention payed to me to no avail. Well eventually I tell her to listen already and she just tells me to write it down and proceeds to dissappear again. Well I do and give it to them, and now I'm being told it's the wrong code. Well I spend the next 10 minutes trying to get my technological indifferent aunt to figure out how to send me some confirmation. Well she settles on sending me a ss of an email she got with the confirmation code, I show a different worker the ss because the previous lady is missing, and what would you know all of a sudden the code correct and I get my food. After all this the lady is all of a sudden working again as I'm leaving so I walk back to say something to her about the plain disrespect and she starts ignoring me again and saying she isn't gonna talk to me. Well that's where I officially lose my crap and say something back to her then leaves. Genuinely have never gotten that upset before at a fast food place, with that treatment being about what I'd expect from someone who's 40...
