1rst time ordering, and will never order again from here. I will begin with we called ahead and placed our order. They told us about 10 mins and it will be ready. This was before 1pm that we called. We got there around 1:15-1:20pm. I stood in line waiting to pay, finally pay after waiting for like 5-6mins for them to tell the customer infront of me that they can't accept credit card payment because the wifi is down. After I pay she informs me that it will be another 10 minutes because the cook was fixing the wifi. Which would have been fine except it had been over 30 minutes since we called the order in. We have a hour lunch break and waited extra time so the food would be done when we got there. We then asked for a refund, were told manager is not here and they can't. Well then why do you have signs up stating that refunds and exchanges can only be done when food is picked up? We hadn't even received the food. We then get our order now we are hitting the 45 minutes mark, and its wrong. We then ask for the money and told no again. The fries were undercooked/raw. Which is against health code. The catfish not fresh either was chewy/rubbery tasting as can be seen in pictures. The only thing edible was the hushpuppies. Which they had good flavor and were tasty. But not worth the $38.00 we spent here. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...

Ordered the catfish basket with Cajun fries and the Diet Dr. Pepper came out in a 16oz can with a glass of ice. Okay... The catfish was really hot, but nothing to brag about when it came to flavor. They placed the catfish over to one side of the basket on top of the fries so, consequently, only 1/2 of the fries got sprinkled with seasoning. Not sure why they didn't cover the whole order of fries with seasoning BEFORE they put the catfish on top, but, whatever. The tartar sauce was this thin, watered down looking stuff that tasted terrible. I've had better tartar sauce from Long John Silvers! The place looked nice inside and the server seemed friendly to me, but the food I chose wasn't that good so I didn't finish it. Maybe others have had a good experience, but I...

The service by “Chloe” was the most absolute terrible service that I’ve received and has ever seen received personally, and I am a server. From the moment we entered there was obvious distaste. While we ordered our waitress NEVER wrote anything down(we order 4 meals total) , and proceeded to bring me the wrong food, when I politely told her that she argued with me and proceed to walk to the back. She came back and told me that she had checked the cameras and that we were wrong and couldn’t have our meal fixed, after this we immediately left. We come here very often and eat the same meal consistently, but after this service I will NEVER be back. Seafood is too expensive for me to eat the wrong meal based off my servers wrong...
