I have used them 4 or 5 times in the past couple years and they always do an amazing job. I've ordered in-store and online and I've had good experiences with both. In-store, I told them what my budget was and tried to give them some rambling idea of types of flowers and colors (I'm a typical guy that knows nothing about flowers).
