Blue Birch Outfitters — Attraction in Milford Charter Township

Blue Birch Outfitters is a perfect example of why I love supporting small businesses! I had been trying to track down a very particular Cotopaxi hat that was extremely difficult to find, and the owner, Stephanie, went above and beyond to help me.

I called the store to confirm if they had the item in stock since I’m not local, and Stephanie was able to confirm that they did have 1 left! When I made a mistake during online checkout by not including my address, Stephanie was able to take down my information over the phone. She even followed up via email with my tracking information!

I just arrived home from a work conference and my package was ready and waiting for me. Enclosed was my hat and a personal thank you note for supporting her small business along with a store business card and encouragement to reach out with any questions.

The hat fits perfectly! While I live halfway across the country, this experience was so positive that if I ever find myself in Milford, MI you better believe I will be running straight to Blue Birch...
