What a Wonderful local jewelry store right in Our Home Town! My Wife has a treasured 1920's ring that needed sizing so We called around the area and the very gracious Gentleman that spoke with Her said He would be glad to help and that the cost for resizing would be only$35.00! When informed that the ring is white gold He said it might be a bit more due to the cost of gold. The store is very tastefully laid out with an excellent selection of jewelry. The woman who wrote the ring up for service said that due to the volume of work the Jeweler had, that it might be 10 days or so. We once again let Her know that the ring is white gold and We understood that it might be a bit more. Imagine Our pleased surprise as They stood by the $35.00 initial quote! I had my wedding ring sized to size 4 down from 6. My hands swell in the summer heat and also with any physical activity, which I do plenty of. So when I came to pick it up 2 days later, the ring was WAY too tight. I could barely get it on. They called me up and offered to fix it by sizing it up to a size 4.5 for me, and got it done for me immediately so I could have it on time to leave for my honeymoon. I was very grateful to them for that excellent customer service in a day and age where some businesses just don't care, they reached out to me to offer to correct the size free of charge and expedited.
