I shop here all the time i like the nice accessories and friendly employees but this time the employee that was there was so rude got an attitude when I asked for an item that was too high to reach then walked away she talked to other employees just fine but treated me like I wasn't welcomed. She had ripped tights and her black hair had color in it. My co worker said she was in there a week before and she doesn't want to go back because of the same person for almost the same reason. There was this girl with colored hair and elf ears who was extremely rude to me when I was shopping for something. BE CAREFUL OF CASH POLICY. Apparently if you pay in cash here, it makes your purchase non refundable and all they offer you is a gift card to their store after the money has already been spent. The sign they have posted is off to the side and tiny, covered up by something else when I went, and the cashier does NOT let you know ahead of time.
