Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Milford

We ate here Friday, before we saw movie, The Greatfull Deaad movie on imax. Its was great movie. Johnny a Rockets, It was fantastic! You know when you crave a great burger & can't find anyplace,even expensive restaurants? TRY THIS PLACE. I always use mayonnaise on a burger. But this place doesn't have any. But Thats ok! Because the burger had such a great taste I didn't need mayo or catsup. That surprised me. It tasted great,made fresh. Little Greasy & nice & juicy, but thats how you know its not pressed down. It was cooked properly. Not over done or anything. Not squished but fluffy patties. I haven't had a great tasting burger in years. Finally I find a place. YEAH! It is good enough flavor that it doesn't need any condiments. That's the highest praise I have ever given to a restaurant review. We didn't interact with the cooks, but thet seemed nice. They smiled. They were nice to my son. Seriously a great burger for me. My husband & son loved their dinner also. Definately give them a try.if in the area. My friend and I had an awful experience at this Johnny Rockets today. For whatever reason, they made my friends meal twice, and ironically got his order wrong the second time. Then, I had to wait an absurd amount of time for my burger, only eventually did the guy in charge come by and ask me what I wanted. As I'm being handed my burger, it turns out I was only charged for a single patty. Now not to sound entitled or anything, but most places let that slide on them, but no, I had to go back to the register and pay an extra 2.50 on top of the already ridiculous $16 'meal' consisting of a shake, burger and fries.

Johnny Rockets, if you're going to charge me $9 for a burger, it should not be dry, burnt and overall lackluster. I can get a much tastier burger, much more, better tasting fries and a drink at Five Guys for almost 50% less than what you guys are charging and 100% less hassle.

If I was able to leave a zero, I would I got totally scammed out of my money from this place. I spent $50 for low quality flavorless food. The place was filthy They use the wrong type of cheese for the burgers the burgers Half cooked The bacon was kind of raw The fries were OK The cheesesteak was horrible no seasoning whatsoever. I feel so scammed that I wanna get a lawsuit against them for false advertisement. I literally got headaches and stomach aches right after I ate it don’t waste your money here go somewhere else.
