I called ahead and asked if they took Zelle as I didn’t have enough cash and the man at the front desk said yes over the phone. I made a reservation for 6pm and when I got there, the lady who greeted me (later I found out her name is a lily) she said she was busy and to come back!

I waited half an hour and The younger guy which im assuming is the son was rude and said no we don’t take Zelle “ go find some place else” and when I asked if I could have an outlet to charge my phone while I was waiting and he said no?..

I was ready to pay and the lady refused to take me unless I gave her a 20 dollar tip - before I even started!! This girl Lily showed me out and refused to provide service even though the place was empty. I came back and had them call their boss who luckily speaks English and told him the data and he resolved it.

During three massage the lady was yawning and watching videos on her phone while using on elbow to work over my back 15 times over until it felt bruised! I paid for a full body massage and she didn’t massage my arms or legs or feet or neck. I had to guide her to handle my shoulders and neck because I was in pain from traveling.

She also ended early, all of this bad service because I didn’t front her a tip when I arrived?

I travel a lot international and have been to 100s of massage places and this was the WORST

It’s cash so I don’t even get a refund but they should give a compensation. I am going to call their boss again.

I have Ron’s of friends who travel through this area and I will make sure they don’t make a mistake...

Got a couples massage for our Anniversary and it was hands down worst massage ever! The place was clean and they were professional but that's the extent of the good. Booked an Hour and 1/2 at a whopping $85 combo body massage with foot reflexology. I usually pay fifty bucks for this in 3 other states I regularly visit. Including nearby. However reviews were good and we wanted something good for the occasion. There was about 50 minutes of actual massage time. You have to redress and change rooms for the combo and They waste time going back and forth. Massage had zero passion or energy. My shoulders head and neck or arms were not touched. My back came in fine but left in pain due to poor reflexology chairs. My forehead hurt because table padding was garbage. It was the worst massage I've ever had. Most likely due to poor training and management. My wife said the exact same thing...

I've floated around going to different massage places in the area and have settled on this one as my main go-to. The prices are very reasonable and booking an appointment is very easy.

I had one poor massage from here, and it was with a male massage therapist that used way too much oil, and didn't massage both sides of my body equally (as in, did one arm but not the other...). All the women that've helped me have been great, though! They've paid great attention to any knots or problem areas in my back muscles or legs and genuinely seem to care about what they're doing.

The beds are heated, the interior is clean, the only input I can give is maybe for them to add some new music to their playlist :) I hope other people check out this place since it's easy to miss (just off El Camino).
