Salad House — Attraction in Millburn

After living in the area my whole life and coming to the salad house reasonably frequently I can’t quite say I’ve ever been satisfied. For instance last week I was charged for what I ordered but didn’t receive 2 of the ingredients in my salad. Not to mention I had asked for a wrap, yet my dinner came out in a bowl. Tonight I came in and was greeted by glares from the staff who were probably horrified that we would come into their place of work at 7:30pm on a rainy night when they could easily be getting off early. Next was one of the employees reaching into the bowl of crunchy croutons with no gloves on which was a lovely sight. Then while I’m ordering my wrap she rang me up and we sat down to wait for food. The same employee who reached into the bowl with a bare hand then had the audacity to come out and inform me that I could’ve just ordered a chicken Cesar wrap and it would’ve been much less expensive. “But for next time” she says. And to top it all off, a man who seems to work here hasn’t stopped cursing once while I wrote this. I’m very disappointed to be frank.

We had recently moved into the area and always looking for new and great places to eat Once we find one we are super loyal My wife had eaten from Millburn Salad and enjoyed it Three weeks ago we had plans to go to the movies and we preordered salads hours in advance to be delivered at a specified time so we could make the movies The delivery was over 30 minutes late and when we called twice to see where food was we were told driver had to go somewhere else first fairly far away We missed the movie but were credited the $35 price for 2 salads The following week my wife preordered again while she was out for a specified time and the food came 2 hours early and my wife was not even home yet She called and they sent 2 other salads closer to the time Last night we ordered 2 more salads which came in time but one had some wrong ingredients and the wrong dressing My wife called and was put on hold for 25 minutes and then cut off She called back and was told the manager would call back but he or she never did We went out to a different restaurant to get dinner and our $35 dollar salads went to waste Good food but...
