I broke my wedding ring tearing the diamond completely out right after Christmas (when jewelers are super busy) I contacted Mallory’s Creations and spoke directly with Randy himself. Took my ring in his staff were exceptional. Randy came out to speak with me and look at my ring. He was very thorough on what needed to be done and took the time to go over how he was going to fix it as well as pointing out other weak prongs he would take care of.
