Pastafina has many great things to offer. We came here during a non-busy time of day. Their customer service greets you with a kind smile. Their rolls and desserts were fantastic and were the highlights of the experience. Kudos to whoever is running the bakery. The kitchen and customer service could use improvement. For example: Normally Ziti has 3 or four cheeses, but this Ziti only had 2. Also, the sauce was a bit watered down with more of a liquid consistency. This could be improved by adding the proper amount of ingredients and ensuring quality texture and taste. The customer service also has room for improvement with prioritizing customer relations, anticipating the person's needs, and making room for conversation. I believe if Pastafina becomes intentional in taking a few extra steps of love, they could easily be a 5 star restaurant. I encourage Pastafina to take note and observe their current protocols. I will be returning for a second experience. 4/5 stars, I recommend.

Brick fired pizza, traditional pasta dishes. Pet peeve... wine is pricy, and if you're gonna charge a premium, at least chill it accordingly and serve it properly. Serving room temp wine in a hot restaurant is unacceptable. No one else was drinking it.. cause it was 30 bucks a bottle, and normally a 7-10$ retail....jeees.. lower the price some and move it, instead of displaying it..(unless making 1.80 on a 2.00$ soda is better profits). Whatever... Margherita pizza was served with red sauce, not olive oil, ?? It's olive oil NOT red sauce!!) skimped on cheese, but the Alfredo was served properly. Server was very pleasant, crowd seemed to be very local and talked and greeted many flowing in and out picking up orders. Drove 30 miles to visit and try. Likely to return to try parts dishes, they looked inviting...

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. The restaurant was clean/organized, but a bit smaller/simpler than the pictures had implied. Staff was friendly and attentive, didnt take long to recieve our orders. They were playing country music and had football on, not quite the Italian atmosphere lol. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo; sauce and noodles were delicious, cuts of chicken were not ideal so I only ate a couple pieces. My personal security ordered a chicken parm sandwich and was disappointed at the quality and soggy bread. With tip it costs about $50 to eat here, and to be honest was not worth it IMO. Will not visit again, but it was a nice outing for a Sunday.

This was my first time here. I drove forty minutes here just to meet my best friend and have pizza. The restaurant was clean. The bread was good, the pizza crust was really good and seemed fresh. The waitress I didn’t like I had to ask for refills and napkins, she should have been on top of that. Then when I asked for a refill of the sweet tea I could tell she was irritated like girl that’s your job!!, she was young but still that’s no excuse. She spent a lot of time talking to the other girls behind the counter and put out when we needed anything. We were there at three pm and there were four adults and one child. I wish I knew the servers name. She was thin with brown hair

After the waitress managed to get through taking our order, having walked away 3 times to find out the special, if salad came with my food, what a certain dish actually is; the petite salad was humorous, the chicken vegetable soup was completely bland. We ordered lasagna and eggplant parmigiana... The food portions are NOT generous and the tomato sauce tastes like chef boyardi, probably all remade and frozen... bland and hardly any eggplant in the eggplant parm! there’s not enough pasta in the lasagna... a person will not be able to over eat here. Underwhelming. This place needs the Hell’s Kitchen chef to come and shut it down or fix it big time!
