Lake Nokomis Little Beach — Attraction in Minneapolis

A favorite spot for a quick dip, beach day, or start point for open swim club. There is plenty of nearby bike parking, and then we usually find a spot to lay our towels down on the grass. Nice little area to jump or wade in the water, swim a bit, or even launch a kayak or paddle board. Nice and sandy for the most part, some twigs and mossy areas and not the clearest lake but it is refreshing on a hot day.
