Hadn’t been to Riddles in years. Used to stop in all the time and buy some Black Hills Gold when my mom was alive and we would go to visit her once a year. We went this year for a family function flying in and out of Minot. I just had to have my fix. Went to both locations but the one across the street from the mall was exceptional. Nicolas went above and beyond. He is the most personable, professional sales person I have ever encountered. Of course, I did purchase a beautiful Black Hills Gold piece and he went above and beyond. In the course of things, I decided to have several rings cleaned and he found a couple stones in my wedding set loose. I cannot say enough about the staff at riddles in Minot nd! I was so nervous about having this marque put in. It’s a beautiful upgrade! They did such beautiful work. The jeweler is a phenomenal artist. I usually deal with nick but for this work the whole store was involved from measuring to insure I hit the right size diamond to replace the cluster that was original to the ring, to keeping me calm because my nerves were on edge because this ring has such sentimental value to me. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with how this turned out. I included a pic of the original style of the ring so that anyone can see how exactly how hard they worked to make sure the solitaire marque fit perfectly. The staff always greets me with courtesy and respect. I usually only window shop while I get a battery swapped out or repair and I always feel right at home. Along with a wonderful selection of product the atmosphere of friendly employees is the reason I made my first purchase. You see, I'm on a budget I'm afraid to say and the ring I picked for my girlfriend is amazing and the price is even better . I was a little nervous to be honest but after the comfortable service , I will continue to make all my purchases through the minot location.
