Joseph was phenomenal, very polite at customer service. He has patience. He’s very knowledgeable, very passionate about his position. He deserves recognition. I don’t know if you have Rank levels but, he would make be a top notch Leader/ Supervisor. His attitude & body language around customers was uplifting & understanding. He was calm cool & collective even in frustrating situations for us as customers & himself. We loved the fact that he has a great sense of humor & keep up his wittiness. His communication with his colleagues & customers are very professional. We were very pleased that we got the service as we expected. With all the above we love to see the integrity, respect and dignity all in one!! To me that’s what Joesph’s deserves back! Last but not least he deserves a raise in our eyes. “ Who are you going to call if your phone doesn’t work?” I would like to rave about Kim Bahl at the Be Mobile Verizon store in the Dakota Square mall! About a week ago, she helped Kevin and I not only get new phones for us and our four children, but she also helped us switch over to a new 5G plan with them and saved us $100/ mo from what we were paying with AT&T. We had been with them since back in the day when I think it was still called “Ma Bell!” Kim helped us with getting all the accessories we needed and explained all of the features as well as answering every single question we asked, even if it meant she had to call us back over the following week for additional questions that came up. Joseph from this store has been amazing. My wife and I have been at multiple Verizon stores and we had the best experience at this Verizon store. This is thanks to Joseph, we have been in this store multiple times and he has helped us every time. He helped us get two new iPhone 14s and made the process a breeze. And on top of that he helped remedy a discount issue with our plan by talking to customer support for us! He answered every and any questions we had completely.
