When scheduling an appt on the mobile website, it only allowed me to pick a Google pixel or a Google pixel XL...no specifications for which model. I called after making my apt online to make sure they had the right part. The guy I spoke to on the phone checked and told me they had it. HE DID NOT ASK ME WHAT MODEL...so I figured the model must not matter, other than the size XL. When I arrived to drop my phone off (from out of town), the guy asked me if I had a chance to back up my data in case they lost it. I said no...that I wasn't told to do so. He said they recommend doing it before they work on the phone. I mentioned that I live out of town and would risk it, but was frustrated no one warned me ahead of time. He agreed that I should have been warned. When I was gone waiting for them to fix my phone, we got a call that they didn't have the screen to fix it. Frustrated again because that was my only reason for coming to Missoula, when I went into the store to get my phone back...I said that I didn't want them to order a new screen for me because the whole experience had been exhausting. I explained my frustrations with not being warned ahead of time to back up my data and that their staff should have confirmed the model with me if their website didn't provide the opportunity to enter it online. INSTANTLY, the staff started to argue with me that I should just know to back up my phone whenever it is going to be taken a part and that it was also my fault that they weren't informed of the correct model. I said that I am not an IT person and didn't realize to the extent they would be taking the phone apart...and that as the expert, they need to do this. The employee named COLE talked down to me over and over and treated me like I was stupid because I couldn't read their minds. I was appauled at the way he treated me after I tried to express frustrations that we're more than warranted. He even told me that I had absolutely no impact on any part of his life after I said I would be sharing my experience. Another employee stepped up and FOR THE FIRST TIME expressed an understanding of my frustrations and mentioned that they would let corporate know about the issue on the website. I thanked him and said that was all I wanted from the beginning. As I walked out, Cole continued to laugh. He's a puke and should be fired in my opinion. I've worked in the customer service industry for 15 years and have NEVER treated a...
Read moreThis particular store/manager does not honor their warranties. Evidently, after speaking with various car folks in town, this is a known and shared comment in the Missoula community. I purchased a new battery in November of 2020. As of this winter, Iâve had to jump it 5 times. Upon speaking with the manager about a replacement under the warranty, he told me they would have to take the battery and put it on their âmachineâ to see if the battery was really the problem. He said this could take up to 5 days! When I told him this was my only means of transportation, he said âmaybeâ he could come up with a loaner battery but he had to see what was in my car. As I had the receipt and warranty paperwork in front of me, I told him the battery information and his reply was, âOh, I havenât been able to get that battery in for 6 months, due to supply chain issues.â When I asked if he could use a different battery he started a new song and dance . I realized that this guy was trying to make it as difficult as possible to get a new battery through the warranty. This then led me to ask, if I got a new battery through this shop, would it be any more reliable than my current 2 year old battery? I then took my car to my regular auto repair shop. The mechanic put a machine on the battery to sense the voltage. It registered that the battery needed to be replaced. This process took less then one minute, NOT five days. I rarely post reviews. But I also rarely run into this type of dishonesty in Missoula. I caution folks not to do business...

After having my screen repaired I had DUST under my camera lense. After allowing them to touch the phone again they didn't repair it and had to "order more parts" the best part. They didn't put the original camera back in and it wouldn't work with the front facing camera. I have had to jump through hoops to get my camera working. And now After months of going back and forth the shit still has DUST UNDER my front facing camera. I come to the conclusion of the following. They don't have a phone repair tech who can sit and resolve the issue quickly. They get side tracked and cause dust and dust to land into the phones this In turn doesn't allow for a clean environment of their items and doesn't allow them to fix it with top tier status.
Secondly my mother in law went there to have her battery load tested. They said it was bad but didn't sell the brand she had let it be known it's less then 2 years old. Then we go to auto zone they test it for shits and giggles and guess what the battery was fine! They wanted her to spend. 200$ for a new battery and saying it was bad when it was...
