Back before covid I'd rate 5, knocking down 1 star for not opening the Lobby. Its a donut coffee shop that's drive through only with a perfectly fine lobby? Frustrating. Not so bad anymore, just go to rosauers. Better quality, you get more donut for slightly less money.
Knocking off 2 more stars because I've noticed over the years that the quality of these donuts have gone down. Donuts don't seem to be as fresh, and I've noticed they've been skimping on frosting. Bought a maple with only 75 percent of what they usually put on.
I will add more stars once the lobby opens back up and they catch back up on making a quality donut like they used to.
Until then I'm only going here a couple times a year. If I had some positive things to say, it's that the donuts are still really yummy, just not relative to how they used to be. And this one is going to sound negative but since it looks like it's closed 24/7 there's almost never a line so you shouldn't have to worry about a long wait or anything.
I wouldn't want this place to close down or anything, just improve. This is our second go...
Read moreThis was my first Krispy Kreme shop experience of course I had tasted the doughnuts and so on but I had never been in their bakery/shop before. I had heard stories of the great experiences that others had about watching the doughnuts being made and the friendly excited employees that work there. This experience was less than stellar. The doughnuts were great and the doughnut machine was cool (though it wasn't making doughnuts at the time) but the people who worked there were distracted and uncaring. My family were the only ones there besides one other costumer and our orders were bubbled then sat at the register while the other employees did who knows what in the back for about five minutes before coming up to ring up the purchase. It wasn't the awesome Krispy Kreme experience I was told about and so I...
Read moreWe actually have not been back since they first open until today. My fiance, my daughter and I went and got half dozen and a couple drinks. The drinks were amazing but the donuts were awful. My daughter got a powder filled and she said it was like eating flatbread with a lot of powdered suger with 2% filling. I got a cinnamon and suger with the swirl of icing on top and it seemed that the donut was made about a week ago. It was kinda hard. Then my fiance said that the donuts he got tasted like they were frozen and reheated. The girl who took our order was very nice but the girl with the head set acted like she didnt want to be there. Never will we go there again. The price was not worth it. We will stick to the best donuts in town...
