I have bought several items from Denver Mattress over the past few years and all I can say is the people who work here go above and beyond! I had to leave a review this time because 3:55 PM Christmas Eve (their store closing in just 5 minutes) I have one of those God-given epiphanies for a gift for my Mom and Dad.

I call the store and get the lovely Elizabeth on the line and ask her if she has any of those purple pillows in stock. She asks what kind and of course I had no clue, so she looks me up in the system to check which ones I'd bought a couple years ago. (The purple HARMONY for those who are curious: they are worth every penny, full stop.)

She proceeds to tell me they indeed do have the pillows and asks if I'm on my way. To which I replied YES!

You guys, it's Christmas Eve and she waited for me to get half way across town before leaving for her Holiday break!

I am beyond grateful for obvious reasons but on top of that my parents LOVED the pillows (every penny y'all). My Mom was hugging it up the stairs excited to go to bed as I left my parents home, my Dad, grabbing his calling up the stairs after her he was on his way.

Buying a mattress can be a challenging process--lots of choices in which most of us are not well versed. It doesn’t matter whether you’re buying a new mattress or replacing one. There are lots of decisions to be made, some not too difficult like budget and size. Others are less analytic like partners agreeing on firmness, since what is soft to one may be too soft for the other person. Passing four or five mattress vendors on the way, armed with Consumer Reports’ Mattress Buying Guide, my wife and I went to Denver Mattress to replace our 10+ year old Sealy. Upon arrival we were fortunate to be greeted by Elizabeth McReynolds. She helped us navigate among the numerous mattresses on display, decide what firmness options were available, whether we wanted an articulated bed and if so, should both sides move together or separately, and select the right pads and sheets for our new mattress.
