Update: I called Starbucks and spoke with a manager who was nice enough to give me an item to make up for the lost stars. I thanked her multiple times.
All I ask is that people perform the job theyâre being paid to do. Not hard at all. Companies should pay people according to their work efforts. If they did I bet you customer service, our experiences, and overall job performance would greatly improve. I can dream canât I.
I visited Starbucks at Target on 10/1/24 because some Stars were going to expire. I asked the barista what I needed to do to use Stars and she said she only needed to scan my barcode. I said great and continued with the transaction. Later that evening I checked my Stars balance and was mortified to see that they had expired and the barista didnât use them. How annoying, the woman had her headset on and didnât even tell anyone through it that they were closed. They could have made a sign, I mean they have a little chalk board out there geez. It was 8am when I was finally able to get out of there. It says they are open at 5:30am. They usually get my order wrong and if I didnât work so close I honestly wouldnât be choosing that location.    Read moreI'm giving 4 stars because the ladies always try to make things right when my order is made incorrectly. Out of 5 times I had my order right once. I get the same thing every time. Caramel brulee frappuccino with no candy and add a little caramel syrup. I'm still going to come there because the service/attitudes are good. However I think yall gotta make sure the order is repeated back to me. Tonight the girl, forgot her name, said my drink and marked modifications but some how it got made into a iced coffee. Then the "correction" they gave me got espresso added to it. The drink was ok though but I'd still prefer it the way I always order it.
