Issues corrected, back to 5 stars. Love this place.

Update: I had to edit from 5 to 4 stars: went tonight and had two complaints. The frying oil definitely needed to be changed; everything we had that was fried was not enjoyable. Also the bathrooms were not being tended to at all - no soap and multiple overflowing trash cans. Still like the place and will try again but I hope these issues are corrected next time.

Original review: wayyyyyyy better than Kravers - food quality/taste, service, ambiance, food selection, drink selection. We were actually shocked b/c of the outside appearance....didn't know what to expect and were shocked how nice it is inside and the overall experience was just perfection. And the great thing is, you can go and spend a ton of money on extremely high quality, expensive crab (several types to choose from) OR you can spend like 12.99 and get a delicious fried shrimp plate etc. Both high and low priced items were outstanding. They have lots of specials/combos too. Oh and they have the best steamed broccoli - perfectly cooked and seasoned, even my kids did not complain about eating it. I really hope this place makes it b/c the exterior is truly deceiving.....we will most definitely be back - WITHOUT the kids this time lol. We are just so relieved to have another seafood option nearby besides Kravers which is awful....mostly due to the management, but their food is just average, on a good day. I need to write them a bad review after at least 10 experiences there...but if I do, I know the mgr will just reply rudely aruguing like he does all the other bad reviews lol. I ordered my food from DoorDash it was hair on my eggs, I called dd and got my money back then when I started eating my broccoli I saw another piece of hair! I threw the eggs and broccoli away, and immediately called the store and asked to speak to the manager. She told me that they only have bald head men in the kitchen and she asked if my food look like it has been tampered with, I told her no. When I looked at the receipt that they had put in my bag, it said that my cook was someone named Nikki and thats a female name. The manager tried to blame it on my Dasher so now I am calling the health department because why lie and then I can clearly see where y'all took my corn out my bag because it was pieces of corn and broccoli floating in my sauce with my shrimp. I was supposed to have a piece of corn and two potatoes and they gave me all potatoes. Y’all are dead wrong because DoorDash already don’t like to give people back all of their money so why play with people food like that just because I ordered from DoorDash, doesn’t mean y’all can just give me anything because at the end of the day I am still paying...

If I could give them negative stars I would. The place is run horribly and the hostess has a terrible attitude. We arrive, she tells us there's a 20 minute wait, there's only 3 tables seated in the whole restaurant. She claims the owner told her to hold off and not seat anyone. There's now a lobby full of people, no where to sit, no where to wait, people are leaving, the waitresses are asking for tables and finally she decides to start seating. Dinner was fine, the waitress was fine but at the end we were told we couldn't use our discount coupon because there's tiny print that says not valid on specials and pretty much everything on their menu is a special. Asked to speak to the manager but we were told he's busy and can't come out. Then the hostess comes over with an attitude. We told her we won't be back between their ridiculous plan of making people wait when all but 3 tables were open and their coupon,/special policy which is not clear and she responds that we should find her more people to work. Why? The waitresses were already asking her to please...
