Here's the kicker to the story. I took it to the place that is suppose to have the best buys and they have some geeks in a squad, about 4 years ago and they had it for a weeks. They had to even send it off to their service hub to look at it. They couldn't get it to fire up past the Apple logo, just like myself. I had tried every trick that I could find online. I figured since they couldn't fix it, that it was dead. I stumbled upon Mainstream USA last week and decided to give them a shot. I am so glad I did. I dropped it off on a Monday. They are very COVID safe, by the way. They called me later the next day and said it was ready for pick up!! That is great customer service and their prices seemed very reasonable. Read moreI’m so grateful for Miss Marla she just made my day. I’m a Master Chef and a couple weeks ago my grandson was home while I was working. No one knows what happened but my iPad was dropped and when I returned home I couldn’t turn it back on. My son was taken away at 23 years old and all of his pictures last text messages where locked on my device. Today this Angel called me and walked me through how to reset my iPad and create a new access button.
