Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rock Island

Not a bad place to eat but the worker that day over charged me for 3 regular pepperoni pizzas and when I asked her to to fix it because there had to have been a mistake she refused and also stated that she couldn't give me a receipt because she was out of receipt paper. I was charged exactly $40 for 3 pepperoni pizzas of which used to be $5 Hot and ready per pizza and I understand that the price may have went up but I know that it didn't go up that high. I've even called several times and got nowhere besides hung up on 2 and not sure what happened the 3rd time because I was told to hold and I was on hold for over 30 minutes and then never got to speak with anyone after that and nobody answered when I called back. Very disappointed with the service and outcome of the situation so I definitely will not recommend this location till they get new workers and make this situation right because way over charged for only 3 ordinary classic pepperoni pizzas. Could have gotten numerous toppings for the $40 I was charged by going to another place to order which lately I've been doing and I was a faithful customer there 2 sometimes 3 days a week but when I was told the price of 3 pizzas was $40 I said there is no way but I was to busy to be having to argue with a worker or anything so I sucked it up and just got the pizza and walked out because my wife is a stage 4 breast cancer patient and I had to get home to her because she was more important to me than staying there worried about $40. There’s ONE person who ruined this locations for me. I came in yesterday exhausted. I’ve been finding family members (plural) deceased within the past 5 months in their homes and yesterday I was advised that a close friend was found yesterday morning. I was EXHAUSTED after driving everywhere for others and again EXHAUSTED with very little sleep. I came in. I placed the order online and mistakenly sent the order to the the city I was in when I made the order. I asked the woman at the front desk if it was ready. I showed her my app. She began talking to me like I was a stupid child. EXTREMELY condescending. It was a mistake. The order was placed for the Little Cesar’s in a city over. I was not there to deal with an attitude. I just needed a split moment help. My mind was locking. I wasn’t even holding up the line. She IMMEDIATELY went into condescending snotty mode FOR no reason “What Ci Ty did you place it in?”I was like what’s going on? Then I realized that she was trying to be evil. I don’t go to restaurants on the west end for this reason. She came on the hill and thought she’d get away with her trash attitude. I was vulnerable and she THOUGHT she could get away with it. I’ll be calling the district manager on Monday. NOBODY should deal with that. She made a problem for no reason. I dealt with another lady with long hair after I reordered. That lady was ok. The one with no hair was a joke for no reason. Her attitude was condescending drama first chance she got repulsed me. She had no reason at all. She was literally about to start a fight over a simple error...

I went in and asked for a pepperoni and sausage pizza, breadsticks and 2 20oz drinks. The "manager" assumed I asked for 2 hot and readys. A pepperoni and a sausage breadsticks and 2 20 oz drinks. Then tried to tell me he repeated the order twice, which he did repeat it but I thought it was clear I wanted a pepperoni and sausage pizza, crazy bread and 2-20oz drinks especially because I did not ask for hot and ready. I was over charged. Then he told me he had to charge me for the correct order and put the incorrect one in for a refund and had to wait a day to get it back . I said no I stated what I wanted over and over again and said I wanted my money back now and was not leaving until I get it. He finally gave me my money back. I will not wait for a day to be refunded and get charged again for the right order. I am paying for the wrong order now and I wanted...
