Used to love this store. I also understand that COVID is somehow a political topic anymore. With that being said I respect the rules and guidelines and my wife and I wear our coverings appropriately. My daughter was absolutely ecstatic to visit this store however the last two times we’ve been we have been told my 3 year old HAS to wear a mask. Listen, I understand, but good luck getting this little lady to wear a mask at all. I’m simply blown away at the lack of simple Understanding here. She won’t wear it but maybe 3 seconds then removes it. Also the only “kids” store in Monroe outlets out of Ohio that decides to enforce this so strictly. Although she didn’t ask us to leave, she made us feel unbelievably uncomfortable because we can’t get our child to “mask up”. To the people who shop here, I hope that your kid can wear a face covering, otherwise, plan on...
Read moreWent there on 10/12/21 and was told to leave because we didn't have masks on. We had went to get my autistic son something for his birthday since he is a big Mickey fan. My fiance and I wouldn't have cared to put masks on but we were told children 2 and under didn't have to wear them. Well my son with ASD is 3 and there is no way you are going to put a mask on the boy as he has sensory issues. Nothing worse than watching your non verbal child's eyes light up when seeing the store and as soon as you push him in the doorway you are told to leave. What nobody saw was the melt down that was triggered. You crushed my son by denying him something that brings him happiness when not much else does. I hope whoever the employee was reads this because you should be ashamed of yourself. You should be a little more accommodating for people that have no control over their...
Read moreThis was a truly Magical surprise to stumble upon in a random outlet mall outside Lebanon Ohio, where the nearest Theme Park is Kings Island. Stepping inside it was like stepping back to a better time before my local Disney store went away. It was like a part of me that was flickering and dying was suddenly revitalized like Tinkerbell. And even cooler was that they had Disney Parks stuff! Like a laser shooting toy based off of a scene from Buzz Lightyear: Space Ranger Spin, a Haunted Mansion Doom Buggy pet bed and my favorite Deep Cut Disney character nobody who hasn’t been to the parks would even know, FIGMENT!!! I’m so happy to have found this and recommend seeking this out if you’re in the area and like Disney, haven’t been able to go to the parks in a while, miss the Disney Store and/Or have kids. It’s a lowkey...
