Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Monroe

We were at outlet Cincinnati and after shopping for hours we were totally hungry and found Charley's Cheese Steaks in the food court.

This is my first time here at this restaurant and I went for vegetarian sandwich along with cheesy jalapeno french fries 🍟 on the side. First thing, the sandwich, it's a little different from the one we have regularly.The veggies inside were sauted and included with a pickle which made it taste yum. And I loved the fries, they were so cheesy and hot 🔥 tasted pretty good.

Price wise, it's not so expensive, we can get a sandwich, fries and a large drink for around 11$ and the people inside were friendly,they explain us clearly regarding the items we get while placing the order and make sure that our requests were addressed properly. It was our first time trying this place, my brother got the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich with cheese fries, and I got the kimchi one with cajun fries. The Philly was dripping sauce that I couldn’t even hold it in my hand, it was really really soggy, but the taste was good, my cajun fries were delicious, they reminded me of wing stop cajun fries. The woman and the dude that hang out behind the wall while dude takes orders, need attitude adjustments before someone helps them make them. Both rude and very unprofessional. Messed up my order and when I went to get it corrected the first time it was made wrong again, then the 2nd time she caught an attitude.
