Went here to pick up some breakfast on a road trip just for them screw us over. First they said they dont have Turkey sausage even though it said they did on the website (no big deal but still bummed me out because that was the main reason I picked to go there) so I got regular sausage on my sandwich. Then we ordered a combo with hashbrowns only to notice once we drove off that we didn't get our hashbrowns which is an extra charge. Then to the real betrayal, may boyfriend ordered an iced coffee with 3 cream and 3 splenda. My boyfriend has type 1 diabetes and can't have much regular sugar without getting a dangerous spike in his blood sugar, as we drive off he takes a sip and it's clear they put regular sugar instead of splenda! If he hadn't noticed the difference and drank the whole thing and not thought to check his blood sugar he could have been admitted to the hospital! Messing up and order for regular soda vs. Diet soda or sugar vs. Other sweeteners can literally put peoples lives in danger, it's like messing up an order and giving someone shellfish when they ordered trout when they have a shellfish allergy. Restaurants and fast food chains need to train their employees better about the the dangers of messing up certain orders pertaining to allergens and sugar before they put peoples lives in danger or end up with a lawsuit. Read moreThis place has terrible service. We ordered 4 dozen donuts for our company. While we were waiting we decided to order food. The guy at the register said it would be a 10 minute wait for hash browns, and we decided to wait. The manager who was preparing the food said. "Did you tell them we don't have hash browns ready." The guy said yes, and they decided to wait. The manager got really upset and said, "Well it's going to be a 20 minute wait." She then proceeded to slam everything she sat down. She had a really bad negative attitude. We came back the next day and ordered two 12 cup coffee cartons, and they said it would be 20 minutes. For coffee! Wow, just wow! We spent 100 yesterday, and 60 today on coffee, and bagels. This was my last visit to this Tim Hortons. We will go to Dunkin Donuts...

When I got to this location, I was told in the drive thru that their machine was down, they couldn’t refund my money from the app, and that I’d have to talk to a manager the next day. I live over an hour away and couldn’t do that… even Tim Horton’s customer service online couldn’t help. Today we were in the area for the first time, and Kayla the manager honored this paid order from 14 months ago with no obligation to do so.
