Great experience. Steve was a great help at this location. I found a pair of Holbrooks I wanted but not with the icon and rivet I preferred and the lenses were not polarized. So the guys showed me a similar frame that wasn’t on display with the polarized lenses I wanted. I just preferred the Holbrooks. I was informed I could order what I wanted but then they checked to see if they had a pair of the polarized lenses I preferred which they did, so I went ahead and bought the Holbrook Matte Black frames I wanted with Prizm Black Polarized in them and bought the lenses (Violet Iridium Polarized) that I wanted in them. They had a sale going on so ended up with discounted sunglasses and lenses! Awesome deal and they guys there were very patient, answered all questions, and were willing to do anything to get me fixed up!...

Great choice of glasses, horrible service. The two glasses I wanted were floor models (they didn't have new ones in stock), they had 50% discounts going on, I asked if they glasses were part of the 50% discount they were running. They guy told me yes and went on adding that they do not offer additional discount just because they were floor models. I never asked him if they offered such things. He just assumed that I wanted more discount. I told him that's not what I asked for and he kept insisted they wont offer additional discount. I told me I' m not look for additional discount i had a specific question but he assume I would wanted more and kept repeating they cannot take off any thing else. Frustrating. I bought the glasses regardless because...

I have been to this store quite a bit as of late. I’ve lived in Kettering my whole life. I have passed by the store while on I-75 many times. Being a huge fan of Oakley, I always wanted to stop in. Even though it has taken this long, I am very happy and pleased that I finally did. Not only did I find a lot of great merchandise, but a very friendly and helpful staff to assist me while I was there!! With my experience at this store, I will definitely be telling others about it! There is no doubt that I will be returning back in the near future!
