So I had called the school to get some more information on the Advanced Esthetics program 3x. Took a week and finally today, Friday, after giving my number and name 3 times being told it will be given to administration as she was in office and she will get to me, on top of going to the website messaging the little message icon, as well as the part where you submit your email and number, I got to talk to Ashley (administration). Before I got to her, the student who answered was so rude and interrupted me while I was trying to explain my situation kindly and that I was just wanting some answers since it was the weekend. Ashley tried telling me she sent me an email with all the information, but as I was trying to say I never received anything she interrupted me and said “it’s ok though we can get your questions answered right now” rushing the convo knowing full well she never sent it. After I got the -important- questions answered, I had asked her what she had for my email, she put me on hold and then told me oh it actually didn’t go to your email I had responded to the message portal on the website. I never closed the tab, and when I pulled it up I was never responded to. Like why didn’t you just call my number that was given to you 3 times? It was only till today that I expressed my frustration to the student that she decided to called me. Like I said, throughout the week I was told Ashley was in office, so not sure what the issue is or what she’s actually been doing lol. I chose this place, because of the lack of professionalism at Paul Mitchell the Salon and School in Sylvania. The first 2 hair appointments went smoothly, this morning though, I was scheduled for 11:30 with Dani, and She never showed up, You Would THINK that, SOMEONE would have CALLED me, to let me know this, since I DROVE from Sylvania Ohio! Then, the School Master said::: There's enough time to do your hair, While the Confused Student said::: There's Not enough time, to do your hair!!! Talk About A Lack of Professionalism, by the Student after the School Master said there was enough time!!! I'm an EXCELLENT TIPPER, Last 2 times ➕ the woman who did my eyebrows, I Tipped 105% all 3 times!! I'm not the 1, who is going to miss out on my business, this place is!! I’m sorry but I am very disappointed I was so excited when I left my hair was nice and bright they said wait 3 days to wash and to use cold water I did that and it has only been about a week or two and I have only washed my hair twice so far with special shampoo and conditioner and everything they said to do my blue has already started fading and the water still turns blue when I wash I would expect this from box dye but professional dye by now the water should not be blue and it should not be fading this fast I was so excited to have people practice and have the experience but it was not worth my 250 I will be going to an actual salon unfortunately next time I would like at least some sort of commendation back even if it is not the full thing it least half back because this is unacceptable especially for how much...
