I really had a pleasant experience watching Sing 2 with my Grandkids!! I love the fact that they offer free refills on Popcorn and Drinks, although we didn't need any. My advice would be to go for the Large Popcorn and Drink, this way you won't miss any of your movie.. plus, they are only $1 more than the Small size; both of which would need to be refilled a few times to equal a Large so, it's definitely worth it IMO. We can't wait to come back! -- My only complaints would be that it was rather expensive, and I was charged full price (an Adult Ticket) for both children and they certainly should be charging less! * if you recline your seat, you will have a slightly obstructed view of the screen as you can see from one of my photos... the tops of the seats in front of you block it somewhat. * it was FREEZING Cold! 🥶 Everyone had Blankets on in there, including us as we had to go get one from the car, and we all were wearing Coats!! People must remember from the last time they visited...

Found the ticket purchasing a bit much. I get it though. New paradigm… assigned seating which you select yourself. I’m sure I will get used to it over time. Premium pricing for recliner seats… which are also the only option if you prefer NOT sitting close to the screen. Regular seats have no obvious number indicators. Just have to remember the schema 🥺sanitizers empty. No paper towels in restrooms. Not a problem IF you didn’t have to touch the door to exit and/or enter the theatre. Waiting for feature to begin. Otherwise, it’s a nice clean venue.

NCG Monroe has to be the cleanest movie theater around, from the entrance to the theater and to the bathrooms. Great customer service, unlimited refills on freshly popped popcorn, slushies and coke products. Also has a party room for private events, reserved seating so you don't have to worry about being sold out, also two types of seating, regular and reclining!

My experience at this movie theater was overall really good, although it could benefit from a few improvements.

The pros were impressive, starting with the theater's exceptional cleanliness. The lobby was diligently maintained with employees regularly wiping down machines and counters. Inside the movie theater, the VIP seats were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant viewing experience. The bathrooms were also well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the VIP chairs' ability to lean far back, adding to the comfort. Another plus was the offer of free refills for both drinks and popcorn, and the prices were reasonable.

On the downside, the lack of incline in the theater layout was a minor inconvenience. The flat rows and raised screen created a slight angle when watching the movie. Additionally, my VIP chair had a minor rocking issue when I leaned back or forward. The theater seemed to lack proper soundproofing, making it easy to hear every crunch, drink sip, and candy bag opening from fellow moviegoers. The sound quality was decent, but the dialogue from the center speaker occasionally sounded muffled.

While I appreciated the VIP recliners, I found it disappointing that they required an extra payment. The theater also had a mix of traditional seating and VIP recliners, with most traditional seats being empty. It would be beneficial if they upgraded all seating to VIP for a more consistent experience.

Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was very pleasant. The cleanliness of the building was impressive, and the VIP seats provided excellent comfort. The reasonable prices were a plus, making it a worthy choice for most movies. However, for highly anticipated Marvel movies, I might consider another theater with better sound quality and seating options.

In conclusion, this movie theater offers a comfortable and reasonably priced experience, with just a few areas that could use improvement. It's worth considering for a wide range of movies, but for special blockbuster events, you might want to explore...

I have never been more appalled by a company in all my life. I was taking my daughter and my INFANT son to go see Guardian of the Galaxy. As we were being rung up I was told that I was going to have to pay for my INFANT son. and I was confused as WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO PAY for him at any other showing we've brought him to at this theater, the employee told me due to it being a popular movie that they would have to charge me even though he does not require a seat as he always sits in my lap. I felt this was ridiculous and left. After leaving I called and spoke to the manager Adam who then told me that they charge for ALL ages regardless of what movie it is. Which I find very off as WE HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED PRIOR. He made me aware that is up to the manger on duty to not charge based on age, I let him know that he may want to train his employees better that for all the movies that we've gone to see and never been charged that is a lot of money out of their companies pocket if it is so their policy to charge all ages, as well as he may want to explain to his employees on what to say as I was told it was because it was a popular movie, funny though cause the parking lot was empty. I will not be returning to this movie theater based on their way a family is treated...This is not a family friendly place and it's really sad because we loved going to this movie theater over Sun Valley but we will be returning to Sun Valley as they don't...

NCG Monroe was my favorite cinema until COVID 19 hit. Then the theatre decided to make some big changes. Right from the start at the register you realize things are not the same. Prices seem higher and they ask you to pick normal or premium seats, so because I did not want to pay an extra 2 dollars per ticket for premium seats me and my wife decided to get the normal tickets. Biggest mistake of the night, when they say premium seats they mean regular reclining and soft chairs nothing special, but the alternative the “regular” seats are like sitting on card board, they have no back support, no leg rests, and overall my body hurt when getting up after 2 hours. They also apparently like the idea of making it very clear by segregating the “premium seats” to the best positions in the theatre. Then we sit down to watch the movie we paid 20 dollars to see and they leave the door open the entire time so that you hear the loud action movie Next door the whole time. I honestly feel like I watched 2 movies at the same time. So my honest opinion is that everyone is hurting right now to COVID 19 and this theatre seems to be doubling down on reaching directly into their consumers pockets and attempting to steal more and more money, instead of uniting everyone over the amazing past time of seeing a movie. I cannot and will not ever recommend or attend a movie at this theatre again, completely...
