I placed and order on 9-5-2014 because they deliver to the area I was in @ the time & I decided to give them a try. I ordered $28+ worth of food but was told that I could not use the $4 off orders of 25 or more coupon on my order b/c it was a delivery. I argued that the coupon did not say so and let the order taker know I wasn't pleased. Nevertheless they I continued the order. I expressed my irritation with the delivery driver & the driver agreed to let the manager know about the misrepresentation.

So about 20 minutes later the manager/owner called me and offered me a store credit for $4 off anything the next time I ordered. At that point I was cool.

Then 5 minutes later they called back and said your $4 off only applies if your order is $25 or more. I told them that that was no benefit at all. Then they got mad and said I send you $4 back you send my coupon. So they sent a driver with my money and I sent them their misleading coupon.

Because of this experience I would more than likely never order from there again. Their food was good but not good enough to overcome that...

I’m sad to write such a bad review because Jade Kitchen used to be really good. We have been coming here for years and we always loved it. It’s been awhile since we’ve ordered, but decided to order tonight and it was terrible. The only positive is that it was ready on time. The broth for the wonton soup was so salty. My son (who is not picky!) couldn’t even finish it which says a lot. The fried rice was not good. It lacked flavor, was a little mushy and tasted like cooking oil. The lo mein wasn’t the best either. We also requested white sauce for our chicken and broccoli and we got brown sauce instead. And lastly, the egg rolls were so small! They were nothing to write home about. Very disappointed with the food and unfortunately won’t be going back. Also, no one seemed enthused to be working there. And to top it off, everything is $3-$4 more than it used to be and yet quality has gone down as well as portions. Sadly I won’t be going back. Wish I could get a refund because it was a waste of $30, sadly. I hope they will take these reviews to heart and bring back...

I usually get super excited when we order Chinese food, and we decided to give Jade a try - terrible mistake. This was not good.We ordered white rice with both of our meals and received fried rice - no big deal - but it was not even good fried rice. The dumplings tasted like microwaved-from-frozen, especially since a few of the dumplings were still ice cold in the middle, and full of water. I love dumplings more than anything, and these were terrible.

The "sesame" chicken, if that is what you want to call it, tasted like you ran out of actual sesame chicken and put sesame seeds and a sweet sauce on Chinese Jade Red Chicken. It was nowhere near the flavor, texture, or color of regular sesame chicken. Lastly, the egg rolls... these were two spring rolls with zero amounts of flavor. I'm not big on spices and seasonings, but the tiny egg roll imposters literally had no taste. I have never been this disappointed in Chinese food. I will never order...
