Hot Stone Massage — Attraction in Monroeville

Me and my sister decided to have a massage day we choose 60 mins. Now first the woman used her hands than she started to use a object which did not feel great to my upper body at all. I complained that it was to hard and that it Was painful i felt as she was scrapping my skin than she used her elbow that also was painful. I complained again saying i was hurt. Eventually the painful experience ended and my total was $63 i gave her $80 she refused to give me my change back i said can i have change for a $20 she went on and said i needed to tip which i was going to Tip $10 i don’t know who the hell they think they are that they can demand and keep the customers change i have never experience any service like this horrible i would never return or recommend this place needs...

I’d give zero stars if that were an option. These ladies were beyond rude!!! They spoke very little English and she didn’t understand me when I explained to her that I have a small scar on my back that I didn’t want her to touch. They spoke in their language to each other the entire time. The massage itself was less than average—nothing special. Then, when I went to pay, she asked me to put the tip on my card. I told her I had cash for the tip. When I handed her $10, she told me she wanted a 20% tip which would have been $2 more. I had $10 and she’s lucky she got that because I contemplated not tipping her at all. I will be calling the mall management to let them know that their tenants are rude. Save your money—go...

This is our second time my husband and I came for a massage here because they do a great job! They will do whatever you request....soft...medium or hard! The first time I requested hard and second time I said medium and they both were exactly what I requested! Their prices are great compared to some places we have been at other malls! And they allow you to be completely undressed instead of massaging over a towel and your clothes! We much prefer skin to skin contact and you get that with this massage! We will definitely be back! Also...they speak better English than most places we have visited! We tip 10 dollars for 1 hour each time and they never give us any issues about using our charge card! They are super nice and...
